Poor Product Quality and Even Worse Customer Service
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with the Hurom H330P and, even more so, with the unacceptable service provided by Hurom Spain. Despite owning the device for less than six months, I have encountered two major issues and have yet to receive a proper solution after waiting for nearly two months. The complete lack of communication from Hurom Spain is frustrating and has severely damaged my trust in this brand.
The Issues:
1. Assembly Problems: Initially, the auger fit perfectly into the fine strainer, but after a few months, this became increasingly difficult. It has now reached the point where removing the press from the strainer is nearly impossible.
2. Defective Parts: After carefully inspecting the device, I noticed visible cracks in the teeth of the auger. This clearly points to a defect in the material or production quality.
I have been using various juicer models for over 15 years, and while the juice quality from the Hurom H330P is excellent, I have never experienced such poor durability. Even my older models, such as the Greenstar Slow Juicer, continue to work flawlessly after years of regular use.
Service Issues:
What makes this even worse is the complete absence of support from Hurom Spain. Despite reporting these problems weeks ago, I am still waiting for a response. For a product in this price range, I would expect not only top-quality performance but also **timely and professional customer service**. Unfortunately, Hurom has failed on both fronts.
If you're considering purchasing this product, be aware that while it produces great juice, its build quality and customer service are severely lacking. An expensive juicer that doesn't last six months and leaves you hanging with no resolution is not worth the investment. Proceed with caution!
