I was never with a debt consolidation company before. I did do research and found that this company is helpful and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and delivered what they said.

I have been enrolled in the program for…
I have been enrolled in the program for a year. They are predatory and do not disclose things in conversations but hide the details in their very long contracts. They have taken more in fees than what they have actually paid to creditors. Disgusting and shameful.

I was told regardless of the settlement…
I was told regardless of the settlement my payment wouldn’t change. I was also not told that I would probably be sued bc they only settle one account at a time and it could take months to a year just for 1.

PLEASE READ* In 2019, this firm got sued in Colorado for the same shady practices their using today. FIND A NON PROFIT to walk you through your options. This pettifogger filled firm are not lawyers. They sign you up for a 3rd party lawyer discount card and mislead you to think its part of process. They take many hidden managing fees from you, this will drag on your situation for years. Dont believe them, because right when you think your done with your mattrer, they dragg you back in, super stressful situation to be in, trust me.
Unfortunately for me not doing my reasearch alo I am reaching out to IL, IN and MI attorney general about this firm. Please do your reasarch, spread the word and find a non profit firm.
