Positive renting experience
Have used HURR a few times and it’s always been easy and pleasant experience especially with top lenders. Varied collection of bags compared to other sites. If there has been issues they have been quick to resolve! Would definitely recommend to those wanting a smooth experience.

Rented 2 items from 2 different…
Rented 2 items from 2 different lenders. 1 was perfect the other didn’t send the item and it was shoes for my daughter’s wedding. Hurr gave me a refund for the no show. I would still use the platform again but I would recommend getting in touch with the lender beforehand to make sure all is ok. I messaged and didn’t hear back so this was a red flag. Enjoy renting it’s fun.

Wish I’d found HURR for a dress rental sooner! Reasonably priced, easy process, dress arrived earlier than expected and was so easy to send back again. Will definitely be using again!
