I placed an order on the 6TH June and…

I placed an order on the 6TH June and informed by the invoice I received, that a member of your sales team would be in touch within 1 working day.
No one contacted me, I had to chase a delivery date up myself.
The delivery was scheduled for Thursday 11 TH June. The items were not delivered and didn't receive any update, on my order.
I had to chase my order up again and promised it would arrive the next day on Friday the 12 TH. Late Friday I telephoned to see the status of my order. I was again informed it was on the wagon out for delivery and would receive it shortly. The items never arrived. Can you confirm the status of my order and let me know immediately, as this is an Unsatisfactory service provided. I have spent 2 days waiting for these items. Saturday 13 TH no communication no delivery. If this issue is not rectified immediately; I will take my complaint to director level.

Hassle free order and prompt service

Easy to place the order and make the delivery arrangements. Delivery staff were polite and helpful and made sure the materials were deposited in right location on site. Very happy with the service.

Paving slabs from the Crawley branch

I ordered paving slabs from the Crawley branch of Huys Gray. They were delivered the next day.
Unfortunately one was broken so I needed to call Crawley. The phone was promptly answered and I was offered a replacement slab - this was delivered two days later.
Great customer service by all involved...thank you.

Action required

When i first started the roll i was quite excited as it was a complete different roll to my previous position but after a couple of months that soon faded away, I have received abuse from customers I have had my car damaged and been injured twice from lifting and nothing was reported i was made to use my holidays to recover nothing has been done even though I made the manager aware and for minimum wage the job just isn't worth it
