The quality of the topsoil is excellent…
The quality of the topsoil is excellent and delivery was to the preferred spot on our drive. However, when I ordered, it indicated that I would be contacted shortly to arrange delivery. There was no email, text or phone call. I was out and rather surprised to get a call from my son who was just leaving for work and told me the soil had arrived! Luckily he just had time to deal with it before he left. Some communication would have made a good purchase even better!

Missed delivery
Order was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday
Called up on Wednesday and informed Huws Grey delivery had been missed
Couldn't deliver until Friday so job got delayed

Website is extremely hard to navigate
Website is extremely hard to navigate, I asked for delivery but wasn't given the option at checkout. The order was then delivered to another area no where near where I live.

Very poor communication and cost me a lot in lost time waiting for deliveries that were confirmed at a time and date and didn’t turn up. Had men waiting that were stood for two days

Helpful staff
Easy website to order with click and collect and the staff in the shop and yard were very helpful even though I turned up to collect at quarter to closing time on a Friday.
