I used it in fruit salads, and the result was perfect.

When I saw the studies on Manuka as a natural performance booster I had to give it a try. Even though I was sceptical (not least about the price), I'm now in my 6th month of taking it daily and have to say it's worth it. I've noticed improved performance as well as recovery.
