They sent a panel for my treadmill. Very poor packaging. The panel must have fallen out during transporting. It came damaged.
They have issued a full refund and I appreciate their handling the issue. I would order from them again.

I received the straps I ordered from Amazon. I specifically asked for images of the product which you didn’t send and I specifically asked you if they were the straps from BowFlex and you said they were which is in the attached email and on this thread of our communications. I want the real thing and if you dont have them I want my money back, all of my money, or Ill dispute the charge and show the emails, I didn’t get what I asked for or paid for. I simply want what I asked for "BowFlex Body Tower hanging ab straps." I could’ve bought ANY straps local for cheaper than I paid you. Support deliberately sent me some cheap after market products that came from Amazon two days after I ordered but was charged $15 for shipping.
I asked support BEFORE I placed my order if what I was ordering was BowFlex products. Support said it wasn't aftermarket and manufactured by BowFlex and then sent me some cheap substitution from Amazon.

Why act like you're trying to address the situation now, before I came to the internet I was emailing admin and support asking for a full refund and you stopped replying that was on the 20th. Address what Im alleging, you know you sell misleading products. Sold me some cheap straps for $64 that I could've gotten from Walmart or Amazon myself. I ordered on the 17th and received the straps on June 20, you should be telling me what the order number is. Im supporting your business and you deliberately mislead me for $60.

Treadmill part was at a reasonable price and functions properly.

Customer assistance to resolving issues with this company is the poorest I've ever encountered! And I have worked in logistic/distribution for all my adult life. After a week of back-and-forth emails explaining and sending pictures, it became clear to me I am wasting my time in securing a return of an item I received that I can't use. Has a result, I am donating the product to Goodwill.

Received wrong items. Responded to 12 different emails requesting info (half were redundant though) but nothing was resolved. Items were returned a week ago but no refund yet. Customer Service is inept.

Don’t know what to tell you at this point but done responding after this one. The lack of a competent response is definitely indicative the my experience with my order.

Purchased a new pedal for my Schwinn Elliptical and received an email the next day saying that the price of the product was not high enough. I looked back on the website and the price of the part was doubled (not only the shipping, the price of the part itself).
Will go elsewhere.

Part was in stock...fair price and shipped same day. It arrived in less than 60 hours. Just Awesome!!!

I placed an order on this website and paid for expedited shipping and I have not received my order yet. I just emailed them for a refund for the second time. I’m not even at the address anymore and my card was charged even though the item was not sent. I did not even get an order confirmation by our email.

The make model and serial number to my bike was on their site for the pedal strap I needed. It was way to wide and thick for my pedal. I paid $65.00 for the two straps and returned them but was only issued a $30.00 credit. This is more than their standard 20% restocking fee.

*Edited to update that all is fine and Hydrafitness did nothing wrong. I made the mistake. All my fault!

The part we bought was exactly what we needed to replace. Price was good and delivery was great.
