I was using the Hygger 660 gph pump for several years to clean my small pond. It worked perfectly for 6 years until it finally broke recently. I replaced it with the Hygger 1060 gph pump from Amazon. The first time I used it, unfortunately, there was some manufacturing defect with the center post inside the impeller assembly. So when I used it for the first time, that post broke. Unfortunately, it was outside Amazon's 30 day return policy. So I contacted Hygger directly and told them what happened. Their customer service is outstanding. They sent me a whole new impeller assembly for no charge. I really appreciate it.

What a great service! Offered an aquarium lamp and the power supply was faulty. They shipped the replacement after a nice chat witz the customer service.
It arrived quickly here in Germany.
They even asked if the shipping was successful and if it works now.

I have yet to use the product but I had a very specific request and support got back to me right away and confirmed exactly the product I needed. I’m impressed it was capable and for such an affordable price. I wanted full spectrum lights to be on during the day for my plants with the ability to have another timer to turn on purple/pink lights for a couple hours at night for my wife to look at the fish in her favorite colors then turn off automatically at night. Had an issue with the CO2 generator pump not working. Contacted support. They answered promptly and asked that I submit a short video of the problem. I did and the company sent out a brand new unit in short order. New unit worked perfectly! Thank you again for excellent customer service.

My aquarium light from Hygger had failed. I bought it on Amazon and looked into a refund, but Amazon only has a 30 return policy. So, I thought that was that. But through AI I discovered they had a 2-year warranty on this product. I found the email address, wrote with a description of the problem, etc. And after the diagnosised the problem via an email exchange, a video, and a pic, I had a new light in hand within a couple of days. It was that easy! The customer service was very helpful, polite, and in my corner. Thank you Hygger!

I had an issue with a pump failing prematurely and customer service responded quickly and resolved my issue.

I've always loved Hygger anything and on the rare occasion something went wonky, their customer service was top notch. I've always had their heaters and will stand by them. They were extremely fast in responses and helped me with my issues. You've got a customer for life!

I bought the HG298 aquarium gravel cleaner / water changer for my daughter's goldfish tank, and the whole experience has been great. The product works well, and what really stood out was the customer support: Ginger from the Hygger team patiently answered every question I had, from voltage compatibility for Argentina to suction power for a small tank and detailed sponge-cleaning instructions, always clearly and with real product knowledge. Very happy with the purchase and the support, and we'll definitely be looking at more Hygger products in the future.

I had some issues with my order. First, I wasn’t going to be in town for the delivery of the shrimps - Tammy from customer service adjusted delivery time to accommodate my absence. Second, I couldn’t manage to fit the bracket onto the light. But Tammy patiently worked me through it and I was able to get the light situated over my planted tank. This is my third Hygger light (2nd on this tank), but this light seems to work extra well. I see so much new growth in the 2 weeks I’ve had this light on my tank. The shrimps also came in a very secured package with some cool packs to keep the shrimps alive. All arrived alive with 2 extra shrimps. I love the variety!

The Hygger staff are amazingly responsive and helpful. They have answers, solutions, and products for almost everything aquarium related. My recent inquiries (and orders) regarding filters and replacement parts were quickly addressed and to my complete satisfaction.

First, I just like their product line. The products are thoughtful, versatile and seem well engineered and assembled. The Hygger web site is now the first place I go if I am looking for anything that may be in their product line. When I asked them if their aquarium lights might do as a light for a parrot, they didn't just blow me off with a simple "no", they sent me a thoughtful and thorough reply telling that they won't work, why they won't work and what will work. That reply was way over and above my expectations and just emphasized to me the level of professionalism that they want to maintain and project.

Great customer service and amazing products (So far at least) love their 72 watt 48 inch plant light. Not a weak light.

Fantastic customer service when making a warranty claim for a faulty unit. Emails were quick and a new air pump was delivered in no time at all.

I decided to revamp my 5 gallon tank for my kitchen and saw this disk aerator. I really love the look of it. When I received it and tried to follow the instructions, (they didn’t help at all for setup)but I tried on my own and it didn’t work. I emailed their customer support and Tammy helped me problem solve, she was amazing. She sent me the actual picture on how it should be set up. Still didn’t work so Tammy sent me a new one and it worked. It’s perfect! Thank you so much!
Great Customer Service Hygger

I am an aquarist that has been in the hobby since 1978. I have seen many changes in aquarium. My equipment of choice in the past few years has been Hygger. Hygger products have worked well for me, they are well made, stylish (for aquarium equipment), yet priced well.

No matter how good a product is, there can still be problems, and mine were no exception, a UV filter that was damaged in shipping, a backpack filter that was not working properly, and a lamp that quit working. The true worth of a company is revealed in how they handle a problem. Hygger customer is outstanding. When you contact them, they promptly respond and work with you to solve the problem.

The hangers work perfectly and I don't have hygger lights. It's universal. The quality is great. Shipping was a little longer than I thought.. but im happy with this purchase.

Short delivery time, great customer service. Most importantly shrimp arrived healthy and doing great.
