I am extremely impressed and pleased with this company. I ordered 10 Skittle shrimp (received 11),all alive. The packaging was the best I have seen from any company from which I have ordered shrimp. It was received in a timely manner. There is a nice mixture of colors, male and female.

I purchased the 967 feeder and it worked fine, initially. I had it programmed for a morning and afternoon feedings. After about a month it wouldn’t feed in the morning. I troubleshooted with their tech team and they determined a malfunction of some kind. Without delay, they sent a replacement for no charge.

It’s nice to do business with a company who stands behind their product!

I like this company. Haggar backs their merchandise. I had a prob with a new heater and they sent me a replacement quickly. No questions asked. I will order from then again just because of that. Great costumer service

Exceptional Warranty Support from Hygger

I recently experienced an issue with my aquarium setup when the heater controller module suddenly failed. Warranty claims are often an uphill battle, but Hygger’s support team made the entire process remarkably painless.

After I reached out to explain the failure, their customer support promptly responded and asked for a few photos of the tank setup and the faulty controller. Once I sent those over, they immediately approved a replacement module under warranty.

They set expectations upfront by letting me know it was shipping from overseas and could take up to 30 days to arrive. To my surprise, the package was delivered in a little over a week. I installed the replacement unit immediately, which completely resolved the issue.

A company’s true quality often shows in how they handle things when a product fails. I’m very grateful to Hygger for their fast communication, zero-hassle warranty process, and remarkably quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

Love hygger products! Most of my equipment on my reef tanks are hygger. Also had a bad UVB and was replaced under their 2 year warranty. Was very easy to deal with! Definitely recommend them!

I purchased this vacuum from Amazon and it was missing the instructions and a few pieces weren't functional. 8 emailed customer service and the sent everything new to me. It works PERFECTLY! My fish tank is beautiful, I'm very happy, and I will always recommend Hygger!

Needed a replacement part for my aquarium cleaner. Hygger verified the part I needed and promptly sent it to me. Great customer service.

Prompt replies to my queries. I had a thermometer that did not work. Worked me through options to see if I could get it to work, which were unsuccesful.

I have hygger 2 wave pumps, 3 heaters, and 3 fans all helping keep my reef tank running great and the inhabitants healthy. They have worked flawlessly. I did have one fan go out and I contacted customer support and they responded within 24 hours. I told them the situation and they were very kind and courteous and quickly shipped me a replacement fan free of charge. I was very impressed that they not only sold great products but they backed them up as well. I would definitely recommend hygger products. You will be happy with them and should give them a try.

I ordered a filter kit from them and it works great. i did have an issue with a part in the box but i reached out to the company and they sent me a new part right away, very fast communication and amazing support support.

When I received my UV Light, it did not work properly.
I messaged Hygger and the customer service rep I had was OUTSTANDING!
Immediately sent me a new UV Light and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
