Yeezy Bred’s
Ordered a pair of Yeezy breds for the mrs on the Tuesday night and they were delivered by Thursday morning. Couldn’t believe it when comparing the service ive had when dealing with other personal shoppers including waiting up to 6 weeks for products to be delivered. Will be continuing to use HyluxClothing for everything going forward!

First class service. DM’d the guys the night before for a black Essentials t-shirt and ended up changing my choice to the Grey which was completely fine and no hassle, they arrived quicker than they’d said and the top looks amazing. The guy delivering was class and has excellent customer service as well, I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for the latest brands and designs.

Initially I was a bit worried because…
Initially I was a bit worried because my order hadn’t arrived and no one had contacted me, however once the issue was explained to me about the delay, my order was despatched very quickly and arrived the next day.
Given the circumstances in the country, I am very satisfied with my purchase and most definitely use again. Thanks

Sorry I don’t know how to reply to the last review, I messaged the Instagram page (which I get will have a mental amount of messages) I also sent an email and then used the chat option on the website, all of which I didn’t get a reply to but again I get how busy you guys must be. I tried to apply for a refund but it said it has to be done via the sender, also I must say my bad I totally forgot I placed it later on in the night, and the actual delivery of the item wouldn’t be down to you guys, appreciate the reply.

Hi Philip we do apologies regarding this just had a look into the order #1064 .
Regarding the £11 for the delivery the order was placed at 18:54 on Thursday Evening the parcel was dropped off at the post office on the Friday and special delivery was the service that had been selected just looked into it however due to it being the weekend the parcel wasn't guaranteed for Saturday Delivery however it should have got to you for Monday.
You should be able to contact Royal Mail and they might be able to compensate you with the half of the postage money back .
Regarding the lack of contact for this we do apologies can i just ask what method is it you used to contact us ? We are a small family based business but that is no excuse for lack of contact.
