Hi Kathy,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review!

We are constantly working hard to improve our products; therefore, we find your detailed feedback to be really valuable.

And while it saddens us to hear that you didn't find our product to be suitable for you, we understand that people have different needs and that our shoes may not be the best choice for everyone.

I hope that one of our agents has already reached out to you to assist you with the return; however, if that hasn't been the case, please reach out to me at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com, and I will be more than happy to assist you myself.

Best,

Lara

Hey there,

Thank you for taking a moment to leave us a review!

I'm so sorry to hear about this issue. It sounds like you've had a terrible experience so far. Neither did your order get there, nor were you able to find out when it might arrive.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for this very frustrating situation.

Indeed, these days, shipping seems to be exceptionally slow. We are trying to find better shipping solutions so that our customers wouldn't have to wait ridiculous amounts of time anymore.

As for customer service, this is definitely not the standard we set for ourselves. Give us a chance to make it up to you.

Write to me at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com. and I will be happy to take care of it for you and track down your package for you.

Best regards,

Lara

Hi Diana,

Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts!

I am so sorry to hear that the shoes you received did not work out for you or your mother. Do you think that a different size might work better?

Just to let you know, we always offer free exchanges. And rest assured, you wouldn't have to go through the trouble of returning the product if you decide to request an exchange.

However, if you wish to return the product instead and get a full refund you can always do that as well.

I understand that trying to get help from our Customer Support team turned out to be a much more difficult task than it should have been. We are actually working on simplifying our procedures and hiring and training more people so that customers don't have to wait this long.

In the meantime, please email me directly at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com, and I will be more than happy to assist you.

Best,

Lara

Hello Deanna,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention!

I am very sorry to hear about this whole situation! I understand that you contacted us as soon as you received the item, but did not receive a response from one of our staff.

As a general rule, it is true that customers can only return a product within 14 days after receiving the product, but that simply means that customers need to express their intent to return the product within those 14 days, which I understand that you did.

Would you please contact me at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com and mention Trustpilot. This way I can make sure we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Best,

Lara

Hi Pearl,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review!

I am so sorry to hear that our shoes hurt your feet. Do you think that a different size might work better? We can definitely send you a new pair of shoes for free.

While your remarks may be a bitter pill to swallow, we are still incredibly thankful you took a moment to leave us this review. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as it's helping us identify our weak points so that we can work on improving our products.

When it comes to returns, once the shoes are worn, as you can imagine, returning the product is no longer an option. However, we would love to find a way to make it up to you.

Please reach out to me directly at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com, and I will be more than happy to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Best,

Hi Calf,

Thank you for taking a moment to leave a review!

I'm really sorry to hear that your shoes weren't the proper size for you and that our Customer Support Department failed to assist you.

Just to let you know, we always offer free exchanges, and we never require the customer to send back the ill-fitting pair of shoes if all they want is an exchange.

As for returns, all you need to do to get the ball rolling is contact us by email within 14 days following delivery and express your intention to send back the shoes. We will then provide you with the address to the return center located closest to where you are.

Hopefully, one of our staff has already helped you with the exchange/return process. However, if this is not the case, please contact me at lara@hypersoftsneakers.com. I would be happy to help you myself.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Best,
