I recently purchased a hypnotherapy script for use with a client who lives with extreme OCD surrounding obsessive washing. I have been working with her for a several months and needed help to get over the final hurdle so to speak. I recorded myself using the script and gave this to my client who has listened to it daily. She is finding the OCD is becoming weaker and can measure real progress in her life.

Finding and purchasing the script was very easy and I was very very happy with the content and the result in my client's life. I will definitely get others if needs be in the future.

I really appreciate the content they provide. I have downloaded 3 of their "journeys", one of them being for myself, the other two were when I was in a pinch and/or experiencing creative blockage in devising a "script "for my client's presenting issue(s). I found the one I did for myself to be very well-done. The other two were also of GREAT quality, but I honestly ended up "tweaking" them a bit in oreder to match my particular style, as well as for the clients', but overall, I find Hypnosis Downloads to be a top-tier resource for those seeking guidance with hypnosis.

Life changing. I've attended private hypnotherapy sessions, but they didn't work because the hypnotherapist didn't understand my problems, and couldn't phrase things in a way that helped me.

I use a snoozeband to listen to these recordings as I sleep. The team really understand dependencies and addictions, they've changed my life and helped me have a better relationship with things that were taking over my life.

Based on my experience, the Unknown Knowledge downloads are nothing like this. In a down-to-earth, almost conversational manner they guide you into those states of deep relaxation which are a prerequisite for such aims as reducing pain, lowering blood pressure, falling asleep - essentially achieving greater control over how your mind and body react to a variety of situations and challenges.
The downloads are inexpensive and, speaking from my own experience, well worth trying.

I've downloaded two tapes. The first was for Hyperacussis. Which is working very well. The other is for pain. Which I've only been using for a short time but it seems to be working.I will certainly buy more when I need them.

I’ve suffered from motion sickness my entire life. It’s so bad that I’ve had many spoiled journeys. I started using Hypnosis Downloads as a non-professional but with a previous interest in the subject, especially the Utilisation/Ericksonian approach they use. I had a specific question which was answered quickly and helpfully and I was happy to buy a number of audio sessions and a script.
The introductory audios are very informative and helpful and the actual sessions have been really valuable and effective.
I had a minor problem printing the script but my request for help was also answered personally and very promptly by Rebekah and sorted the issue completely.

I've been getting back into reading David D. Burns' Feeling Good cognitive therapy book for the last few months, as well as journaling more after having a hard time mentally with negative thoughts resurfacing and interrupting my daily life. I've been trying to strengthen new neural pathways and stumbled upon these hypnosis downloads, and thought I would give them a try. I've always been skeptical of hypnosis, but these have genuinely helped me, and I find myself using them all the time. I would recommend anyone struggling with unconscious, persistent, negative thoughts to try this because it really helps rewire your thinking patterns.

My 6 year old son loves the hypnosis for kids sessions that I've downloaded. They are stories that resonate with him and touch on important themes in his life in a very engaging and supportive way.

I have used the hyper vigilance download and had super results. I feel much calmer, even in potentially stressful situations. I look for the ‘space between the sounds and the space between the thoughts’. My resting heart rate is down too, so that’s a measurable effect.

I have now purchased 5 sessions from Hypnosis Downloads.. The one on helping to control your blood pressure really helped. I have white coat syndrome and always have an initial very high reading. Using the techniques in the tape my first reading was 137 over 70—very good for me.
