Ever since I was a child I've woken up at night to eat. It is something I've wanted to stop doing since adulthood. I have tried "fighting" it for more than 20 years. The first night I used the hypnosis was the first time I didn't eat at night without it being extremely difficult. Since I've been listening to the hypnosis I simply use the bathroom and go back to bed. I am aware of my old habit but it doesn't have a hold on me anymore.
