I love these downloads. Great value and the voices are soothing and gentle. The scripts are great and I love the pre-talks. Just enough to relax you prior to the hypnosis…I’d quite like to work my way through the whole range…. 👍

The hypnosis resources have been incredibly helpful in my effort to change some of my habits & behaviors that do nit serve me well. I find the recorded sessions so relaxing and engaging and I love that I can listen while commuting, while sitting quietly at home and while I tackle home projects.

I suffer from IBS anxiety depression chronic pain. I find Roger’s tapes resonate with how I feel, catastrophising, panic attacks etc. Due to the years of pain I am now dependent on sleeping pills and Valium. Without Ambien I lie for hours. Last week I tried Sleep like a Child and Get to Sleep quickly. For the first time in 16 years I slept from 9.30 until midnight last night without a pill. Small steps but I really feel, even at 78 years old and widowed, that I might just have some life worth living.
Anyone in doubt please try it, I have listened to literally hundreds of hypnosis tapes over the years and nothing has helped before. Roger and Mark both are a delight to listen to (I may be prejudiced having come from Bonnie Scotland).

I first started self hypnosis as a teenager, though at the time I did not fully realize how beneficial it is. Every Wednesday my family would go to the public library, and they just happened to have self hypnosis tapes. I signed one out that dealt with concentration, not really because I wanted to improve my concentration, I just wanted to see what it was like. I would get so deeply relaxed that I felt like I was floating deep down in a cave. It was an escape for me. To this day I still get the occasional compliment about how well I can concentrate and stay focused.
As a teenager I had horrible acne and I was scrawny, so I was picked on and bullied a lot. Most of my life I have been very self conscious about how I look, and overly obsessed about how I thought people viewed me, incorrectly thinking it was always bad. It’s only been in the last couple of years that I’m realizing how wrong I’ve been. But, it’s never too late to change things for the better!
Late last year I started working with a hypnosis therapist because I wanted to change how I viewed myself, and stop caring so much about how I thought people viewed me. It was a great nudge, but pricey. After four months I stopped seeing her because I felt I wasn’t getting enough out of the sessions anymore, although I wanted to continue with hypnosis.
I did some searching online and started with a different company, but I only made it through one session before I started looking again. Then, I landed on Hypnosis Downloads.
I love the Hypnosis Downloads sessions, and the selection of different sessions is awesome. Roger Elliott has such a calm, soothing cadence to his voice, it’s easy to quickly relax and let the session consume me. I can honestly say I feel and think differently because of the sessions I’ve done. I am not overly self conscious, I’m no longer bothered by what I incorrectly think people are thinking about me, and I have such a hard charging, positive outlook on life now. I plan to continue my path of being the best ‘me’ I can be, and I’m going to use Hypnosis Downloads to help get me there.

I have bought the drinking and sweet tooth downloads and both have had the following identical results:
I genuinely didn't feel like I was in a trance at all but sometimes I did "wake up" at various points but I just put that down to feeling tired because I tend to listen to them at bedtime.
However I haven't touched alcohol for 3 months and feel no need to pick up a drink whatsoever and I was a big drinker!
Also as a sugar addict who genuinely loves all sweet based things I can honestly say that now I might have the odd square of chocolate or bite size bit of something like Milky Way and its more than enough.
Previously I would happily munch my way daily through several bars of chocolate and marshmallows etc etc until I sometimes felt physically sick.
The best £20 I have ever spent........thank-you Hypnosis downloads for getting my life back on track when I thought I was addicted forever.

Very insightful and great for beginners and those learning hypnosis, with plenty of resources to allow you to learn more!

Easy to find a download that focuses on your current issue, easy to download it. I find the sessions effective in achieving my goals.

My coach recommended this site for reliable & effective self-hypnosis. I bought a starter pack and was instantly obsessed--maybe I'll work on that through hypnosis sessions. ;) Within a week of the starter pack, I purchased the course and downloaded Mark's "New Ways of Seeing" book. I'm absolutely hooked! Not only do I feel deeply relaxed during the sessions, but I find my nervous system reguulating faster. I was in a confrontational situation with another human and not only did I handle it calmer *during* the experience, but within 2 minutes, I was calm and wasn't thinking about it any longer. While this may be normal for some, this normally would have left me angry, obsessive, and shaking for at least 10 minutes. I can't wait to dive in to all of the course material!

Have an open mind and you will definitely benefit from whatever download you choose. It has helped me refocus on what is important in my life and take my thoughts away from the negativity I imposed onto myself. Just having 20 minutes or so each day to really, and I mean really relax is helpful on its own. Please just try it, at the low price they charge for the downloads, what do you have to lose? Just to add, I initially purchased a package of downloads and then another two several weeks later.

I felt quite low when I started listening to these tracks a week ago. Echoes of past loss and events that have been haunting me recently. I found Hypnosis Downloads and started listening to “let go of the past” and also “deeper self respect” It’s been a beautiful and deep journey and has brought me back into a sense of balance within myself again. My cup feels half full and that is definitely an easier place to live from! I’ve already found so many tracks I’d like to explore - I feel this is going to be an important part of my ongoing journey🙏

These hypnosis audios have been a great support for me during my relationship breakup. I really appreciate the soothing scripts and the calming tone. They help me relax so much at night that I often find myself falling asleep before the session even finishes.

Hypnosis downloads offer a wide range of materials that cover almost anything you can think of. I find the audio sessions very effective and the included app is fantastic for managing and listening to multiple downloads. I enjoy the conversational hypnosis style and find it very refreshing. Generally I'm a big fan and will be a long term customer.

There is an amazing selection of useful hypnosis audio files available for purchase and download. The user interface is simple to use. I have been completely satisfied with the quality of the files.

To much advertising before and after sessions. Sorry I believe in I pay for the file. It excludes any off putting advertising. The session should be about the sessions treatment. Not about trying to hook another sale. I trust I would not need to pay more for this treatment.

Trustworthy, private, comforting, safe to use. I was leery about using hypnosis. I liked to be able to read the script (which matched the audio) to alleviate concerns about what was being said. Did not want to start clucking like a chicken or something. The 20 minute power nap is so refreshing. Just started using the stop smoking audio. The voices used on the audio are very soothing. Highly recommend.

I decided to try the hypnosis downloads app after using meditation apps for a while and wanted to see if this could help go deeper into some issues I wanted to tackle.
I’ve found it helpful in building confidence and quieting negative thoughts and feelings.
I listened every day for the first week as directed and have been using it on alternate days after that for the next two weeks and I’m increasing able to draw on the positive feelings as I need them.

I bought a set of mp3's during an illness that stopped me drinking. The idea being that when I get better, the alcohol issue would be gone. I thoroughly enjoyed them and they did the trick. Even though I'm back to normal in all respects, the "need" to drink has gone, resulting in going to bed earlier, sleeping better, clear-headed in the morning, but most importantly,y not missing it at all. Highly recommended even if you're "I can't be hypnotised", or this "won't work for me". For the price they are a bargain!
