I found Uncommon knowledge to be very helpful. They are reasonably priced and listening to the downloads is extremely relaxing. I looked at some other hypnosis programs but this one was the best I found

Clear voice that promotes empathy without judgement. Reasonably priced; the downloads do exactly what it 'says on the tin'.

I was very disappointed with these recordings. They were a waste of money. I have found several for free on You Tube that are much more helpful.

I’m loving these hypnosis sessions. There is literally one for everything (there are thousands!) and every single one is individually crafted and executed beautifully. They are peer reviewed and of a very high standard. I’ve always wanted hypnosis to work for me, but never felt it did, so I asked the AI assistant and brilliantly, it said to start with Become a Better Hypnotic Subject, a cheeky little session that nailed it, I think. Perfect! My mind does seem to get in the way of itself, but Roger’s Scottish accent is sublime and at the very least it helps me relax.

The sessions are a bit pricey, but I feel you pay for the quality and you do own your session once bought. They have a fantastic introductory deal (75% off) which I took advantage of. Also there are regular 25% off deals on selected sessions. I would love it if there was an option to choose your own with these. I also think Roger’s fascinating email vignettes could be paired with a deal. In addition, there is a subscription option, which I’m thinking about.

I’m working on Becoming Better at Language Learning at present. I paired that with Next Level which is about taking a skill to the next level. There are good discounts for buying multiple sessions. It’s too soon to say whether it is working. I’ve listened about 4 times so far. Daily, for a week is recommended. Will do an update if it helps (which will be a miracle).

I turned to 'hypnosis download' to try and get on top of nerve pain in my back. I downloaded 3 audios and started immediately with them. I saw changes quickly, which surprised me. I wouldn't say that the problems are gone, but I have more tools to handle them, I know a bit more about chronic pain thanks to the educational introduction of each audio and I have actually managed to turn off the pain instantaneously, a few times, for a few seconds. This is more than all the medicine I have tried so far. So, I do recommend 'hypnosis downloads', wholeheartedly. They are not expensive, and it is a quality product made by people who care and know their trade. Go for it.

I think its a brilliant site and there are so many audio i want to get stuck in to. The ones ive tried so far have really helped me with some personal issues that i didn't really want to go to see someone about.

Hypnosis Downloads works well. I choose the category, organized by how I want to improve my life, I purchase a single recording or multiple, depending on my needs. Then I listen to the recordings— and like magic, I’m more inclined to make little changes that improve my life.

I have used the negative thinking recording, focus recording, and cooking recording. They all work wonderfully.

I've found HypnosisDownloads really excellent in the quality, variety, relevance and depth of the scripts they provide. I would really highly recommend them to other hypnotherapists. I look forward to continuing to using them.

Was pointed in the direction of Uncommon Knowledge & Hypnosis Downloads by a friend as a means to alleviate the neuropathic pain I'm experiencing following a craniotomy surgery to remove a brain tumour. I haven't made it as far as the pain relief download yet as I've been spending time with the relaxation & sleep downloads this last couple of weeks, my theory being that if I get into the swing of it first, I'd get myself to a place of being super-receptive in readiness to maximise the effect. However I'm finding this incredibly helpful, & have still not moved on yet to the pain relief. In being able to deeply relax in letting the effect of Roger's voice wash over me, I'm finding that I'm becoming able to mentally visualise my troubled areas, which in turn is helping me enormously in being able to direct & focus healing energy to exactly where I need it the most. (The accent of a fellow Scot provides for bonus comfort to me! ) The Uncommon Knowledge resources are rapidly becoming an essential part of my recovery toolkit, & proving to be superb value for money investment in both improving my health situation as well as that of my sense of wellbeing in general. I am one very happy customer, & would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing an unusual & difficult recovery, as well as to any in need of a bit of help quitening inner chatter so they can better relax, rest, & heal.

Excellent back office support. Good scripts. Very pleasant hypnosis audios. I have bought a number of audios. I have been concentrating on two, trying to not give in the temptation to do too mu h too soon. I very soon noticed an inner shift in my attitude. I was really surprised to be honest. I have also noticed the resistance to this shift in new, more conscious ways. I will keep using the audios by Hypnosis Downloads and recommend them to friends and family.

Not sure where the "thousands" of reviews are located the person creator of the website claimed but I highly doubt they are legit reviews. I like the voice of the hypnotist but I can't see how this audio will help me. I didn't like the audios I bought. I might as well go to Youtube and get a guided hynosis audio. I didn't like the hypnosis script or whatever they call it. There are silent pauses in between his script which doesn't flow with whatever is being said. Not worth the money for the short audio you receive. I don't even want to bother listening to this for even a week.

I have tried a number of hypnosis/guided meditation sites. Hypnosis downloads seem to be the best. Early days yet, but I am enjoying the experience and look forward to downloading more of their programs

Listening to these downloads have changed my way of thinking in such an uplifting way. it helps a little more every day. The mind is a powerful thing! keeping it focused and positive is a life changer. I have to assume most of us need help with that. thank you, to all of you, for sharing your skills and knowledge.

The hypnosis audios changed my life. I first tried them when I had cancer, and the post-surgical pain was making me miserable. Between the pain and anxiety, I couldn't sleep. The audios taught me to dial down the pain and helped me overcome insomnia. Since then, I use the audios for anything bothering me. I feel more empowered and peaceful when I use these products. Effective, miraculous, transformational

I have chronic pain and I have been using a couple of the pain downloads with success. I know if I lost weight it would help with my pain so I have also started listening to a couple of the weight loss downloads. The sessions are comforting, gentle and soothing and presented with kindness.

The hypnosis downloads I have purchased have been very helpful and supportive for me and are also very reasonably priced.
