Use this company at your own risk. Delivery was delayed, they wont respond to emails, their own webform or answer any phone calls. Ignored my request to cancel 2 days prior to delivery... sent out the item anyway.

Currently attempting to arrange a return and get my money back. Not easy when they refuse to respond. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

Advertises all over the website that it is "Express" or "24hrs" delivery. This is a LIE. They may pay parcelforce for 24hr delivery but this does not include their slow processing time.
Expected the purchase to then be delivered the next day as it states 24hr delivery. However this was also a lie as they gave me a tracking number but the parcel hadnt actually been collected at all. Granted this was the weekend but then the parcel was still not collected by parcel force a full week later.

EDIT: I grew suspicious after a number of days and reading other negative reviews of people poor experience with this company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I managed to cancel the order and ask for a refund before they sent me a faulty product like I read in other reviews. They did manage to get back to me over email and informed me the refund had been processed and sent. It has now been over a week and the money has not appeared in my account, I emailed to ask why and they told me they had sent it and to ask my bank, I asked my bank and they told me it should take a 3-4 business days for the return to appear in my account, which it hasn't.
I am now in the process of going through a fraud dispute through my bank and i-redo has failed to return my money.

DO NOT TRUST THEM, they have a phone number but will never pick up, they have countless positive reviews but if you look at the accounts they only have 1 review or only positive reviews, likely as these reviews have been purchased to make i-redo seem more trustworthy. They also used to be called IT Trade Services which also has lots of suspicious positive reviews and many awful reviews of people saying how they have been scammed.
They claim to have an address in Leicester but suspiciously if you go on street view at this address there is no trace of them or IT Trade Services whatsoever.

EDIT 2: Please ignore their polite reply, it has been nearly a month and despite their positive words I am still out of pocket and they have failed to refund me, what they are attempting to do is damage control. They have countered some of my weaker points but not that they have a phone number that they will never pick up (despite claims on their website of dedicated customer service team), other peoples awful experiences with them and IT Trade Services or the most egregious being that they have not returned my money. They are now under investigation by my bank.

Fast Delivery of my new, well refurbed Mac Mini. Great packaging & fast delivery. I can hardly tell this isn't new the condition is that good. you really have to look very hard to tell it isn't brand new. I would buy from you again.
