The course content is very elaborate and practical. It is very relevant to my work both for now and in my future growth. The only downside was that at the beginning the instructions on how were not clear to me. Feedback from my assessor was not consistent. And most calls to the assessor were not successful. An introduction of the program by the assessor at the beginning would have made it easier.

I had my course on leadership and management level 5 with this course provider and I am truly happy with the services and support that I received. I am very sayuswith the support of the tutors and Assessors because they supported me greatly to achieve this. I would gladly recommend people to take up a course with i-Success because you won't regret taking the decisions.

I liked that the course was quite autonomous, and I was left to it. It took me longer than proposed to complete due to covid and having a child during my study, but the learning provider were understanding and allowed extensions at a reasonable cost. Perhaps there could be more support such as online tuition, as at times it would have helped me. Overall really good experience.

Gave me the flexibility to study at my own pace, had guidance and constructive feedback when needed as well as support. Good value for money , course workbook provided and good means of communication. Looking forward to my certification arriving in the post. Thank you

Very professional and responsive

I started the award in education and training course whilst on maternity leave, the team were very supportive and responded to emails speedily.

The workbooks and other resources were amazing! Easy to read and simple to understand.

The additional tutorials offered were very informative and made me feel well connected and engaged.

This is not like any other online course I've done. I cant recommend i-Success Academy enough!

Really enjoyed my course, a very quick tutor response. The learning platform was easy to follow, and I found it easy to submit my work and save files. Feedback was provided in writing very quickly.

Due to the Xmas break and Covid things did not go as smoothly as I would have hoped. There was a slight breakdown in communication which could have been avoided if they had kept me updated
