Very uncomfortable online shop
Very uncomfortable online shop. Complicated, bossy & pushy acting in questions & customer Service. I gave a feedback because of poor quality for one dress & really, it looked nice on the photo & the cut was even good, but really bad quality (like the elastic fibers have been getting old). So for me, on big drama, just return it. But I felt almost blamed, when I tried to Return it & at least, it takes some time to get an answer. Had one good order here, the last ones have been bad, so I will look for a more customer friendly shop.

Good fabrics but strange confection and compliacted return process
I ordered a dress that regardless of the size coud never fit as in the pictures (I am S)... I mean maybe for a photoshoot it works but not if you are planning on actually moving with the dress on. To return the dress I had to print something out, write a number, put this number in the bag, send an email, enter again another number in a platform... and pay for the delivery on top. I guess it works but this process is way too burdensome considering the competition. This is why I would not order here again.

The order was delivered very quickly. The product I ordered corresponded 100% to the photo, good quality, refined details. Unfortunately, it did not fit my figure - with large cutouts at the front, I would recommend it to people with smaller boobs. The return went smoothly - I received the appropriate instructions and sent the item back in accordance with it. In response, I received information that there were no objections to the returned product and the refund had already been placed. I highly recommend!

My parcel was lost in the post and they quickly resolved the issue for me, responding promptly and giving me a refund and next day shipping on my new order. Super happy with the customer service. Material is really soft and feels high quality. Sizing runs a little small but also just depends how form fitting and tight you want it to be.

The material of the bodysuit for the price is not representative at all. Too thin to wear out even as a costume piece.

Extremely disappointed with Customer Service
Extremely disappointed with Iamnotbasic's customer service. It's been 2 weeks since I returned some items, and I've heard nothing back—not even a confirmation of receipt or info about the refund process. I've been sending emails daily without any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable. If I don't get a reply soon, I'll have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. This experience has been very frustrating!

I sent back some pieces that were delivered on 11/13 (today is 11/21) and I never heard from them. Not an email confirming the reception or the refund or that they are processing it.
I have been sending emails everyday without an answer from them.
If they don't answer soon I'll have to dispute it with my bank.

Terrible Customer Service (So Far)
I have been trying to get in touch with customer support regarding a return, and I've only received radio silence. I keep getting automated email responses, but a real person has yet to contact me, and it's been a week now. Terrible customer service, I'm about to contact my credit card company.
Quality of the clothes was good, just didn't fit my body type. I have thicker legs and a longer torso, and the garter straps just did not suit me.
