Alhamdulillah, this was my second trip with Ibadah Tours in less than 6 months, and my heart keeps pulling me back to the blessed lands of Al Aqsa—a place that holds a special place in every believer’s soul. Ibadah Tours has once again made this sacred journey seamless, spiritually uplifting, and deeply moving from start to finish.
From the moment we signed up to the moment we returned, every detail was thoughtfully arranged with care, sincerity, and a genuine desire to serve the guests of Allah. The hospitality, organisation, and spiritual nourishment provided on this trip were beyond words.
A special shout-out to Brother Ali for his tireless efforts and patience; to Sheikh Saleh and his beautiful family, whose warmth and wisdom added a unique depth to our journey; and to all the courageous and generous Palestinians who welcomed us with open arms, smiling hearts, and unwavering faith despite the immense hardships they face daily. They are a living reminder to our Ummah of patience, resilience, and honour.

Palestine Trip
Alhamdulillah, this was my second time travelling to Palestine with Ibadah Tours, and once again, the experience was incredible. Everything was well-organised, from the logistics to the daily schedule, which made the trip smooth and stress-free.
What made it truly special was how the team continuously reminded us of our spiritual connection to Masjid Al-Aqsa. It wasn’t just a tour — it was a meaningful, faith-filled journey. Both Sheikh Saleh and brother Ali were knowledgeable, sharing rich historical and religious insights that brought the sites to life.

An unforgettable and spiritually uplifting Eid journey – highly recommend Ibadah Tours!
Alhamdulillah, our Eid trip with Ibadah Tours was exceptional from start to finish. The entire experience was smooth, well-organised, and filled with kindness, care, and heartfelt touches. Brother Ali was an incredible tour leader—always going above and beyond with his generosity and thoughtful surprises. Shaykh Saleh’s deep knowledge brought each location to life, adding so much meaning to our journey.
We stayed at the Hashimi Hotel, which was the perfect place to experience warm Palestinian hospitality. Our room was spacious and lovely, the food was delicious with generous portions, and the view from the hotel rooftop was absolutely breathtaking—you can see the Dome of the Rock and the Old City in all its beauty. I was also genuinely touched when Abu Khalid, a staff member, recognised me from a previous visit. A truly beautiful soul.
We travelled with our two young boys (ages 3 and 8) with a stroller, and although the stairs near the Buraq Wall during the Old City tour were a bit challenging with little ones, it was well worth the effort. The bus tour was comfortable, informative, and ended with a lovely surprise that brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
Alhamdulillah, we had no issues accessing Masjid Al-Aqsa, and everything felt peaceful and secure throughout.
Having travelled with another group in the past, I can confidently say Ibadah Tours is in a class of its own. We’re already planning our next trip with them, insha’Allah. If you’re thinking of going—don’t hesitate. May Allah reward the entire team for making this journey so special. Ameen.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Where shall I start???!!! Brother Ali was an excellent tour guide from first minute to last. Sheikh Saleh was also excellent when we reached Palestine. I would encourage people to go visit Palestine who have not already been and even if you have to visit again and again. May Allah tala grant brother Ali and sheikh Saleh abundantly for the excellent work they are doing.

Myself and my husband had a fantastic experience with Ibadah tours. Alhumdullilah to walk the footsteps of the prophet in Al-Quds is a privilege that not all are granted.
The itinerary was well planned for our 5 day stay, it had a good mix of tours and free days, the transportation was comfortable, we also taken care of throughout the trip. I will definitely be booking again in near future in shaa Allah, Brother Ali not only a tour guide but treated his guest like family.

Great service
Right from the start brother Aida was a gem spending time finding the ideal flight that will fit my schedule. Visa, transfers were all taken care by him and it all went smooth.
As I work for a hotel chain, I was lucky to get that through work, but he made sure it fitted all well.

Go for Ibadah tours
Go for Ibadah tours, they will 100% help you with anything you need regarding Umrah and Hajj, they are very knowledgeable and will make sure you are left feeling at ease.
I want to say thank you to brother Aidarus, he welcomed me, it was almost closing time and he invited me in, reassuring me that he will sort out my issue.
I had applied for two visa online myself and both got immediately rejected, after emailing and calling the embassy for a solution I was met with no help, brother Aidarus told me that this would be the case. I was flying the following week so I was in a bit of a panic.
Brother Aidarus went through the process with me, he uploaded all the information for me and it didn’t take too long to complete. Once uploaded he told me that his team will process the information and apply for the visa, he reassured me that it would not get rejected for a third time using his process, Alhamdulillah - two days later I called to check and it had been approved. I wish I had gone to Ibadah tours from the get go, it would’ve saved me so much stress and money. Jazak Allah Khair to brother Aidarus and Ibadah tours.

The Best 10 Day Seerah Package
I recently went on the Seerah 10 day umrah package with Ibadah Tours, spending 5 nights in Makkah and 5 in Madinah, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire journey was so well organised and thoughtfully planned, covering all the key areas for Ziyarah. A special mention to Ustadh Asim Khan, who did an amazing job narrating and providing insightful lectures throughout the Ziyarah. His guidance truly enhanced our experience.
During the trip, I unfortunately lost my suitcase, but Brother Ali was a real lifesaver. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, assisting me with filling out forms, talking with the staff, and consistently following up to check for updates on my luggage. His support was invaluable, and he made the whole situation much easier to manage.
The hotels were perfect. Really beautiful, comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Every day, we looked forward to what was planned, and everything flowed so smoothly. Brother Ali always kept the mood light and entertained us with his humor.
Sister Rizwana and Brother Aida were fantastic group leaders, guiding us through the trip with such care and enthusiasm. Brother Aida, in particular, went above and beyond, especially when it came to supporting my husband during his first Umrah. He stuck close to him, offering assistance whenever he needed it and making sure he felt comfortable.
Aida also helped us find trusted services like laundromats and markets, making it easier for us to settle in. The entire team made this trip an unforgettable and joyful experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Ibadah Tours to anyone looking for an organized, thoughtful, and well planned umrah experience. From start to finish, it was a truly memorable journey, and I am so grateful for the amazing team that made it all possible! I am looking forward to joining them again on another package.

First ever ummrah
Salam all,
The brothers were very professional in providing advise and guidance on ummrah packages. I was previously nervous to go as I suffer from a disability affecting my mobility but the brothers reassured me of the facilities available especially when going to perform my ummrah.
Mashallah this was my very first time going for ummrah and I had great support from the brothers.
From the get go my visa/flights/hotels/ internal traveling once arriving in Saudi up to guidance on performing my ummrah was all provided as well as historical site visits included in the package.
From my experience I highly recommend ibadah tours for anyone wanting to go for ummrah as this was an easy experience for anyone who doesnt travel often.

Amazing service, made everything smooth
Too be honest , these guys are amazing! Really here to help from before you even go to on the trip and even after. They provide an excellent service for large families, those with disabilities and noobs who are on their first trip going to umrah. The group is diverse so you never feel culturally alienated, also the staff are always liasing with you to make sure everything is all good. Plus they have the best guides literally celeb sheiks, that are down to earth.
All transitions were smooth, no long ting hotel check in's or waiting around. Time keeping is prompt and tours first class, or ride along and do your own thing they are flexible.
Hotels provided were 5 star, with buffet breakfast, check out ISLAM DISCOVERY YouTube channel for full videos.
May this tour group continue to be blessed with goodness and humble tour guides whilst providing their unique exceptional experience for all wanting to go on umrah.

I was provided with umrah visa within…
I was provided with umrah visa within the time frame promised. Alhamdollilah performed Umrah and came back. My visitor visa applications were being rejected and I was concerned. Will highly recommend them.

Alhumdollilah. This is my second umrah this year with Ibadah. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I went on a group and tailor made pilgrimage. Both times went smoothly. In the group I had my elderly mother with me, all the group leaders assisted with whatever I required. In the tailor made trip, Ibadah were just a whatsapp away for any support. Inshallah, if Allah allows me to go again, I will certainly be using Ibadah. May Allah bless thier business and reward them for all their hard work. Aameen.

Amazing Service
I applied for my mums umrah visa after the Evisa was rejected, Ibadah Tours informed me what would be the next best options and applied for the Umrah Visa throughout the process they kept me informed and reassured. Highly recommend

Dear all,
This review is 100% honest based on my parents experience with Ibadah tours-Al Aqsa 26 August 2024.
To start with, I gathered information on their website which is very clear and informative. I spoke to a brother holding the phone -alhamdulillah brother Aidroos, very nice brother and he explained to me on the phone about how things are. Prior to that I spoke to 2 more groups- 1 was not willing to book the tickets while the other was treating me as someone who was disturbing him.
Alhamdulillah I found Ibadah tours and from the get go it was faultless and smooth. I was offered to make the payment in instalments and even when I nearly failed I contacted brother number Aidroos, he gave me the option to extend it.
One should note that although they book your ticket, if you are refused entry at Ben Gurion, Ibadah only refunds the hotel fees.Entry in Israel is beyond their control.
The group was lead by Brother Ali and Brother Yusur Abdul Jobbar. My parents still talk about how they were excellent in delivering quality service and attention and care.
The period of the year they went, Alhamdulillah they managed to visit all the places that were planned for except for the cemetery of the sahaba for which they did not get permission from the ruling authority. The night lectures by brother Yusuf were an added bonus.
Their stay at the Hashimi was amazing. Sheik Saleh and his family and all the staffs were superb and all the foods offered in the package were out of this world.
Like my parents would say- the organisers were good but to ensure smooth running of the tour the people participating should do their part and All praises be to ALLAH they had an amazing group, everyone was nice, polite and helpful.
Special mention to brother Yusuf- Jazaak ALLAh khair you did not even leave my dad upon arrival in UK. You could have easily said we took you from airport to airport and rushed to your family, but as a genuine man you waited for him to get his clearance and then parted ways.
Will I recommend Ibadah tours? 100%.
What can be changed? nothing except if you can offer longer duration packages.

Alhumdurilla I have done Umrah with Ibadah tour. It was my second time with this company first time I booked Al- Aqsa tour second time Umrah. Both experiences have been great by Grace of Allah. My special thank you to Adrees and sheikh for their help and services provided throughout which made our umrah experience much more easy and comfortable.
