Thanks so much I've received my package and in good time it's a real pleasure seeing how reliable transportation you've got it together!

Purchased a couple of batteries off this company. Absolute cheapest on the net, they did take a little while but communication was always good and always got a reply within a few hours… definitely use this company again…. Thanks!!!

I chose to do business with this company due to how reasonably priced their products are, I couldn’t find a genuine 5amp 18volt makita battery as cheap as this company can provide, I’ve since used the battery and it was in perfect condition and works as it should, delivery can be slow but that’s expected when being imported and having to be checked by customs but I was reassured by email that the product will arrive. I will definitely be purchasing more batteries in future, thanks ibatterys 👍

I was wating weeks for this and emailing the company and a lovely lady called Lisa always give me an update and the communication was above and beyond .finally received my batteries and they was all good and recieved a little refund due to waiting time .... absolutely 💯 would use again if I née too.

I ordered 2 replacement batteries for Samsung tablets.
IBatterys were by far and away the best value, and I was aware that they would be coming from overseas, so expected a longer than average delivery
Having waited for 10 days I emailed them and Lisa responded within 24hours.
I subsequently emailed on 3 separate occasions, and each time Lisa responded with details of where my shipment was.
The goods have now been received, and I suspect, like most things coming in from abroad, they are getting held up at UK Customs.
I am happy with the outcome, and will use them again.

Do not use this company at any costs Impossible to contact them after or during purchase
After waiting several weeks and going through PayPal dispute process I have just received a clearly well used second hand battery that will not hold a charge and no response from the company that does not exist at the address they have got on their Web page

After 4 weeks PayPal have now refunded my payment in full after reviewing my case
They have also looked into how I batteries trade with a false British address that does not exist
I Batteries wanted me to accept a partial refund of £10 instead of the full £21 I declined because my battery was clearly second hand damaged not working and a model of battery that Sony has not made for many years
I think any positive reviews on here "if genuine" are very lucky people
If you do order make sure you go through PayPal to give you buyer protection
From now on if I order anything else off a website I will double check with Google to make sure they actually exist at that address

Delivery of camera battery has been slow but I have put that down to problems being experienced generally at present. My emails have been answered promptly and reassuringly by Lisa. I have not used my camera yet but not expecting problems

Ordered batteries for my Fuji xpro 2. They arrived late and were of inferior quality. Terminals were dirty and they did hold charge. Requested refund through paypal who duly obliged. Avoid this company.

I took a chance on an unknown website to order a camera battery for a friend. It took longer than I thought to arrive but by the time I quiered it, it arrived. It works fine and the recipient is very pleased with it.

Awful i wouldn't even give 1star didn't recieve my product customer services for this company are a complete joke I think there a bunch of scammers be careful would definitely not recommend

I reached out with a question about the product before I ordered and I got a very quick reply from Lisa.
After making my order it would have been good to have received tracking or a shipment notification or even an estimated delivery timeline, however, when I did reach back out to Lisa she was able to send me that information.

The product arrived safely and works perfectly.

I ordered a replacement laptop battery and it arrived as hoped.
One of the team responded quickly to my emails but the service could benefit from order tracking.

Avoid this company at all costs everything’s fake used items not uk based at all dodgy China company who don’t respond to messages and when they do it’s just lies to fob you off I’m currently waiting for PayPal to get my money back save yourself the hassle and don’t buy from this company at all

I ordered a replacement Sony cam corder battery from Ibatterys and when it (eventually...) arrived I found that the model that they supplied was the InfoLithium NP-F550, instead of the NP-F750 advertised. On closer inspection of their ad since I received the item, you can see that the picture shows a NP-F550 one, not what the text shows, NP-F750. Consistency not good.

It was also quite obviously a used item, and this was not mentioned in the advert.

During several communications with Ibatterys chasing the item ETA, a Lisa W was the person that responded. All sorts of excuses were made and at one point I was offered a FREE pet carrier that I needed to order and Lisa would arrange a refund! (Yeah...really!?!?). Obviously, I did not take up the offer.

I have now requested a full refund to be full filled within the next five working days, or have threatened to involve the Trading Standards authority.

In light of the other reviews on this site, I will go ahead and inform them anyway. Also, I will ask PayPal to refund me as I can't see "UK Based (AKA China)" refunding me

I ordered a Nikon camera battery because the old battery was not charging. I ordered from this company because it appeared that they were selling a genuine replacement. I had expected the battery to be delivered within seven days so I sent an email to ask for update on delivery. They replied promptly and a few days later the Nikon battery was delivered. The battery is working fine in my camera.

I ordered 2 replacement batteries for my gopro hero 3, I received what I ordered but it took about 3 weeks. Time will tell if the batteries will last. Communication was slow but they did communicate. I'll purchase again in the future.

Beware this company - china based.
Low quality products. My unit failed within 1 year and I was deliberately given the run around as a delay tactic. It does not honour its warranty and you can find threads on the web for many failed units and many dissatsfied customers being fobbed off.

Ordered a replacement, original battery from these guys. Service was first class and kept me informed of my order status. Battery arrive ahead of time and works perfectly. The battery is an original fuji film np-95, although it was made for the chinese market, hence the instructions printed in chinese!. the battery works perfectly so I'm happy with the purchase. Thanks to all the team, especially lisa, who was very helpful.Cheers, kevin taylor

Ordered a laptop charger, works well, customer services great, they kept in touch with me until item arrived. Great customer service

Suppplied me with an original Samsung battery for my tablet significantly cheaper than Amazon. Although delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, it was well packaged with a kit of tools for disassembly. 20 minutes later installed and on charge.
Highly Recommended.
