I bought a Canondale Bike from these people with fenders. First of all, it took them almost two months to ship after many reminders to them. Secondly, they sent me damaged fenders that were already marked as damaged when they came, and then when I sent them back they sent me new once that were even more damaged This was all ordered in June and its September and I still do not have a complete bike. Do not buy from these people.

Le vélo et les pièces que j'avais commandés sont arrivés cassés. J'ai essayé de contacter le service client, mais on m'a conseillé de me rendre chez le concessionnaire local pour régler le problème. Là, on m'a conseillé de le renvoyer à IBKsport. C'est une entreprise déloyale et je ne la recommande pas. C'est une pratique commerciale déplorable.

The specialized frame was delivered very quickly and well packaged. Although there was a paint defect, customer service responded immediately and offered clear options: refund, discount. I asked for a replacement, which arrived just as fast as the first one. Excellent communication and genuinely helpful attitude throughout — highly recommended!

At first I was a bit afraid that bike is much cheaper than on the polish market ( recalculating all fee’s transport and currency it was over 5k zł less !! But I’ve did a research if it’s not a scam etc. I went to the trustpilot site and there were different opinions but lot of positive as well. Then I contacted via website with consultant and everything went smooth. I received all needed informations including longer awaiting time from ordering to delivery( aprox. 2 weeks) about the availability of the bike as well. Bike was delivered with no damage ecactly same as I’ve seen on the website. I truly don’t understand opinions like „it was hard to assembly without special tools or colors doesn’t match because bike is never likę on the picture, there is an option to assembly it for extra 60 eur. There is only one quite important thing to change : carrier Company. FedEx is the worst Company ever not only in Poland. Contact is poor. There is no info about the delay. Courier left the expensive package next to the front door not informing anyone.Good I have cctv… Please change it for the future. Apart from that I would like to Thank You a lot IBKsport.eu :)

Perfect service

Pros:
-The website is relatively easy to use, and placing the order went smoothly
-They usually respond to emails within a day
-Their prices are good
-I requested extra assembly for the bike, and it was indeed delivered well-prepared and nicely assembled

Cons:
-Extremely long delivery time (I ordered the bike on June 12 and received it on July 1… I had to wait 19 days in total. Between June 12 and 25, I have no idea what was going on with the order — they just kept promising to ship the package)
-The customer service chat on their website is useless, it’s just a very weak AI
-Their website promises DHL shipping, but in reality, my package was shipped via FedEx
-FedEx tracking information wasn’t updated in a timely manner, and the actual delivery also took a long time
-Shipping is expensive and very slow

I would only recommend this website to those who are looking for a good deal on a bike and are willing to wait for their order — even up to almost 3 weeks. The bikes are well-priced, but the shipping is slow and expensive. I'm a bit disappointed because of the nearly 3-week delivery time.

This is my second purchase in this store, nice customer service fast order shipment. And most importantly, good prices!
