I was soo happy with my order that I had to came back and thank to this guys. Ordered Levo SL 2 in 43% discount with free delivery. Delivery adress was north Sweden so I was very curious about it. Bike came in 10 days, vary safe packed in box. The have been comunicating my all questions via email. Definitely recomend them!

Avoid assembly service
LE after shop lousy response: “My” perception is backed in writing by the local Cannondale dealer that confirms the bike was poorly assembled, missing small parts and was not safe to ride as you provided it. Again, you charged for a service that you marginally fulfilled. Maybe next time try to provide a better service and stop blaming the customer. I have to downgrade the review to 2 stars.
Purchased a bike with assembly service. However, i had to pay another bike sevice to check and adjust the bike. Brakes were not adjusted, gears not indexed, brake levers were completely off, bartape not set up right, no bolt was torqued to spec. The wheels sensor overtightened and the bolt cap damaged. Missing some frame attachment point bolt plugs.
Otherwise, the price for the bike was good, free delivery and it was carefully packed.
Just do yourself a favor and use that assembly for a professional service.

We would like to clarify that every bicycle is prepared with great care by our technicians and goes through a detailed inspection process before shipment, including brake adjustment, gear indexing and a full general check of the components you mention.
That said, we understand that each rider and each local workshop may have its own criteria or preferences, and we regret that the result did not fully meet your expectations. We are, however, pleased to know that the bike arrived well packed, properly protected and that you found the price and delivery conditions satisfactory.

Lieferung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Allerdings war das bestellte Fahrrad in einem schlechten Zustand. Muss das Rad zur Reparatur zum Fahrradmechaniker bringen.

Sollte es dennoch einmal vorkommen, dass beim Transport oder beim Auspacken ein Problem auftritt, bieten wir selbstverständlich Support und entsprechende Abdeckung für jede Art von Vorfall direkt nach Erhalt des Fahrrads an.

Jeg bestilte en cykel til min søns fødselsdag, da der stod den ville ankomme 27/11, så han kunne få den 28/11 i gave, og i skriver i jeres information at man kan regne med datoen der står, når man bestiller hos jer?
Den kom ikke den 27/11, så skrev til deres kundeservice og forespurgte om cyklen, men ingen svar?
Skrev igen 28/11 da den fortsat ikke var kommet, men ingen svar?
Nu prøver jeg dette for at få jer i tale, for I lovede ved bestilling at den ville ankomme 27/11, og er fortsat ikke kommet, og I svarer ikke på mine mails?
I var meget hurtig til at tage de 1100 euro fra min konto, men kan ikke komme i kontakt med jer, og måde at tracke forsendelsen/cyklen?

Vi har gennemgået dine ordreoplysninger og er meget kede af, at du ikke modtog cyklen i tide til din søns fødselsdag. Forsendelsen forlod vores lager den 25. november med FedEx og blev endelig leveret mandag den 1. december. Vi har ingen registreringer af, at du har kontaktet os i løbet af disse dage. Vi vil være taknemmelige, hvis du vil sende os oplysningerne til e-mailadressen clientes@ibkbike.com, så vi internt kan gennemgå, hvad der skete, som forhindrede os i at modtage dine beskeder og dermed give dig den nødvendige og ønskede assistance.

Kupiłem rower Cannondale w świetnej cenie, który dotarł w idealnym stanie przed terminem. Bardzo dobry kontakt ze sprzedawcą. Jedyne co mnie martwi, to realizacja gwarancji na terytorium Polski, a w zasadzie jej brak w Polsce, gdyż główny przedstawiciel Cannondale na Europę Wschodnią (firma z Czech) jej nie respektuje.

God pris og begrænset kundeservice
Jeg bestilte en cykel hos IBK, prisen var god i forhold til de danske priser.
Betalte ekstra for at få den samlet inden levering - eller samlet er vist for meget sagt.
Der var hverken tubeless væske i dækkene eller slanger - så det måtte jeg selv bøvle med. Der var dog tubeless væske med i kassen - der var bare ikke nok til 2 hjul.
Skrev til dem, men fik et svar om de mente der var nok tubeless væske med - skrev tilbage at ud fra fabrikantens forskrifer manglede der væske - og så stoppede kommunikationen fra dem.
Så hvis du gerne vil have en god pris, men er ligeglad med service - så kan de anbefales. Og jeg vil ikke anbefale at bruge penge på at få den samlet, for ved vitterligt ikke hvad jeg fik for de 60Euro.

Ved internationale forsendelser inkluderer vi som standard ikke tubeless-væske i dækkene, da der kan opstå lækager under transporten, hvilket kan medføre betydelige problemer for både fragtfirmaet og kunden.
Derfor sendes væsken separat i emballagen, så kunden selv kan fylde den på ved modtagelsen.
Vi beklager, hvis dette ikke fremgik tydeligt nok i din ordre, og vi tager din feedback med os for at forbedre informationen til fremtidige kunder.
