Delivered before the estimated time, everything was packed excellent, the price is also great. The only thing is that the tires were not the ones that listed in the product itself. But they are still ok

Communication could be better (i had to request a tracking number) but otherwise everything was great! The product arrived undamaged, well packaged and on time.

I ordered a Specialized gravel bike. The delivery went smoothly, although it arrived two days later than the estimated date shown in the order. I also didn’t receive any email or notification with a tracking ID for the shipment. The bike was well packaged and the box arrived undamaged. However, after assembling the bike, I noticed that both the front and rear wheels were wobbling side to side. After contacting the store, they explained that this is normal and the wheels need to be trued. They also offered to reimburse the cost of this service.

Communication with the store was good, and overall I’m happy with the purchase. However, I’m deducting one star due to the issue with the wheels. I’m not sure whether it was the store’s fault, the manufacturer’s, or the courier’s—I didn’t look into it. The store offered assistance and a refund, which I appreciate.

Everything good, but time of shipping could be better. I bought from them 4 bikes worth almost 20k EUR

The bike arrived well packed and undamaged in a box. Delivery date was updated a couple of times but that was no problem. Really happy with the service and the price of the bikes. Definitely recommend IBK and our next bike will for sure be bought here again.

The purchase process went smoothly. The store employees answered questions quickly and helpfully. The bike arrived intact. I paid extra for the 'assembly service' and I don't know if it was worth it. The derailleur required a slight adjustment, the rear wheel (the tire may be the problem) is not perfectly centered but I can handle it. Main problem is that the handlebars are not symmetrical, the right side is bent more (the first time I've encountered this). All this can happen but the fact that the store does not respond to emails after the sale, does not. So I cannot recommend the store with a clear conscience.

For me the carbon bike was a considerable amount of money to be invested so I wanted it to be worthed and to make a safe purchase. I was very pleasant surprised to receive the bike with a better fork then the one mentioned in the description at the purchase time. Good and improved delivery time (2 weeks to Romania). Tout a bien débuté avec une chouette réactivité et un suivi de qualité. Mon vélo est ensuite arrivé et j'ai rapidement constaté que la roue avant avait un fort voilage. Le service m'a demandé des preuves (c'est normal) que j'ai fournies... et c'est là que cela ne va plus.
La dernière réponse que j'ai reçue était celle d'une personne me disant que la vidéo ne montrait pas de voilage (je vous assure que oui) et qu'il était parfaitement "safe" de rouler avec. Depuis ce message auquel j'ai évidemment répondu en demandant des solutions. Je n'ai plus eu de réponse malgré des relances quotidiennes par email et téléphone. Je me sens forcé de passer par Truspilot et espère que cette ultime démarche générera une réponse valable de leur part!

I ordered a Cannondale Mavaro Neo 3 from IBK and the bicyle arrived almost on time.

However there are several severe issues with the bicycle, mainly assosiated with the electrical system and the bike won’t work.

I have e-mailed IBK, the first time a day after I recived the bike and they have responded to none of my e-mails even thou it has been more than two weeks since I sent the first e-mail.

If you are lucky you get a bike that works. If you are not and get a defect bike then expect no response och help at all from the seller.

I will absolutely not buy from IBK again.

The delivery was fast, and the bike was well-packaged. However, I feel that the €50 assembly fee for this model is unnecessary, as everything was packed exactly as the manufacturer shipped it. The bike arrived in excellent condition and rides great. The gears and brakes do require some adjustment.
