My experience was amazing, every time I send a text or email they responded immediately and they delivered what they say they will do

Tracey and Shamus provided me a good cash offer for my property in Houston/Fresno area and i have accepted it. So far its going fine, will update my experience once i close the deal.

Shamus and iBuyer.com were awesome from start to finish. I was able to get a fair market price for my house, not the typical low-ball offer from investors. And, they stuck with me and worked hard to salvage my sale after there was a problem with providing a fully clear title. I plan to work with iBuyer.com in the future and highly recommend them to others.

The experience with iBuyer.com was great and they are highly recommended. Their team was very professional, helpful and responsive. We had received offers from Offerpad, Opendoors, and a few others. One of them screwed us with massive repair credit even though we had spent nearly $20K on upgrades and repairs, but in the end iBuyer.com came through big for us and worked with us to sell our home to a cash buyer who gave an offer and asked for zero back after home inspection. I think a good thing is that they are not the actual buyer but they link buyers and sellers on their platform.

Very hard to reach someone by phone, or even a return phone call! Added closing costs were not expected either!

Tracey from ibuyer contacted me today saying someone was interested in my home asking for details on the age of the roof and a/c everything is relatively new the home is only 2 yrs old. She asked how much I wanted to Net? I said the house is listed at 343,900 but the loan has a favorable low assumable mortgage. She said we only do cash buys. I Googled the number and it came back SPAM/Scam

No home sale is ever perfect. I have bought and sold homes and I know this is true. I was a little hesitant at first when working with an ibuyer, instead of just selling it myself. But working with Shamus & his company proved to be overall a really good experience. It's much better than a lot of people coming thru your home and dealing with multiple realtors. I highly recommend Shamus and his company to guide you thru the process, which is much easier than with a realtor. You also will make more money because you are not paying realtor fees. Just give them a call and check it out for yourself!

The raving reviews here have to be fake!!! They quoted me a medium offer over 100k less than the offers I have already received!!! Can you smell RIPOFF!!!

iBuyer was fast and easy to use. The offer, inspection, and closing were all completed in about 4 weeks. A mobile attorney came to my house to have me sign closing papers and wired funds to my account the next business day.

I’m not going to say the positive reviews are fake but… that was not my experience with this website. I input my address and they gave me a rough range of estimated offers. But then when they called, she said they “had no cash buyers in the market at this time.” Major red flag in the area I live. Then they tried to get me to go with a traditional sale with Rex Homes. I told her I wasn’t interested and she said she could connect me with their “partner,” Home Light. That consultant found some “top investors” who gave me a rough estimate that was literally $117,000-$129,000 less than the original estimate, and over $80,000 less than OpenDoor and Zillow.

Don’t bother with ibuyer.com. This seems like just a scam to get people who want to simplify the buying process with an ibuyer go with their realtors. If I wanted to do that, I would use my own. This was a complete waste of time.
