We had a great experience with iBuyer. We had spoken to two realtors about listing our home. Both wanted to list lower than what we felt we could accept because we had pets in the home. I had filled out the information on the iBuyer website as a last ditch effort, but we had essentially given up on the idea of selling and building a new home. The team at iBuyer was able to connect us with Opendoor, who offered $30k more than the realtors suggested we list, so we accepted. We knew up front almost exactly what we would pocket at closing and this did not change. The process was so easy with the help of iBuyer. Shamus worked with us and was wonderful at helping coordinate the process and making sure everything was on track every step of the way. Overall just a great experience. We didn’t think we would get to build the house we wanted, and iBuyer made it possible.

I purchased this computer, as a gift for my son, prior to deploying/moving to Turkey. Unfortunately, the device had video issues where the video would stop responding and black screen. As we were abroad, I tried to get the video issue repaired here. Long story short, I eventually, one-by-one, replaced nearly every component in the computer (motherboard, video card, chip, and power supply). It, frustratingly, still never worked and I eventually sold it for parts.

All the replacement parts were ordered from Newegg and installed by a certified local computer shop.

From the start of the process selling our house through iBuyer.com and OfferPad we mentioned to projected value of house was 330k. They said this was not likely to sell at that price. Due to other circumstances, we procced to move forward with iBuyer.com and OfferPad to buy our house, the inspection went well for being a 16 year house. However, when iBuyer.com and OfferPad reviewed the inspection results then proceeded to dupe us in significantly nickel and diming us to much lower selling price to where they ending up making around $60k off us. Again, we had to sell quickly due to other circumstances. OfferPad ending up selling the house for 333K and we felt like we got royally screwed in the sale of our house. In closing, I will never recommend any selling their house through iBuyer.com and OfferPad, their model is to make a quick sell and make significant profit, more then traditional real estate 6% sales commissions.
