Very rarely encounter problems, but when it happens they are quickly resolved.

I have been so pleased with the availability of someone to solve the few issues I have had, Very quick response.
I am concerned that the VPN does not allow me to play BBC i player on a firestick though. I have paid my TV licence and was relying on ibVPN to see this when abroad. Please can you find a solution to this?

Doesnt unblock BBC iPlayer.
Note that I have been a loyal customer of ibVPN for SEVERAL years, after their servers started to get blocked by BBC I left them (approx 2 years ago).
Today I have activated a 24hrs trial to check if there has been an improvement... well, not.
None of the servers (UK), blocks BBC iPlayer, neither the UK DNS.
If you want to sign up just because of the BBC iPlayer look elsewhere.

My IP location was being leaked despite logging in to IBVPN the person walked me through what I needed to do to solve the problem. They sent me screen shots of what I needed to do, step by step. Very helpful!

IBVPN have been a solid provider of my service for 4 years. Their support is excellent and quick.
Unfortunately in 2020, I find the service to use UK TV services has not worked well. I appreciate this is due to the UK TV channels actively preventing its use and not through the fault of IBVPN.

Great VPN and the DNS servers are very good. Works very easily and the support is TERRIFIC! I think their price point is also very good. Very little slow down on VPN and of course DNS does not affect speed.

It's too frustrating. Although the staff seems quite understanding and reasonable I still keep having the same problem, ie. unable to watch programmes on iplayer. Plus, the time wasted is enormous!! Just make an alphabetical list of the common problems with the relative solution for the subscriber to access quickly.

Absolutely the best VPN available, have a problem and it is sorted instantaneously!
In the years I have been with them I cannot fault their system and service.

I have been a subscriber for some years now. I am happy with the service. The online support is really outstanding. Easy, Simple, Fast and Very User Friendly. I am very happy with the level of service IBVPN provides. Plus you can install IBVPN in every browser add-on. If I am treated right the first time, I stay with that service. It really makes a difference to me. I highly recommend this service.

Basically pretty good VPN. Support is as good as it can get. At least I had always good and fast response. But 1 more star would mean it would also need to work always. I was not able to use foreign Netflix always (USA worked always) like Japan wasn't available mostly. Also speed was sometimes bit slow. But overall I was happy with this. Now leaving for the reason my employer pay another service.

Brief login experience was quickly fixed..

IbVPN customer service is always available & continues until the issue is resolved. I have been with them for over 10 years & renew annually automatically.
