The DNS servers uptime isn't 100% , but they resolve problems quite quick.

I was having trouble configuring IBVPN for UBUNTU. A chat representative was able to assist me within less than a minute! Blazing fast assistance, along with very useful input. Excellent product. Changes IP address not just on the browser level but all programs. Rotating favorites allows for auto ip change once every x minutes. The customer support for answering questions is awesome. Will be buying. Used the trial for about 3 hours and was impressed. Perfect for what we do at scrapersnbots.com

I had a problem to connect a itv provider.

It took Barni a moment to figure out what this 70 year old NON-Technogeek man was trying to say about settings to allow Hallmark, Hulu and Netflix through when I threw in words like I did not understand UDP, DPN, TCP, Torrent etc. which all mean nothing to me--I just wanted help SETTING the protocols--I guess you call them-- (not where was the setting button)--and when finally he understood that, we accomplished our mission! I thanked him for his patience and understanding of this old fart and wished him a grand rest of the weekend! Good stuff!

Honestly......

I had a rep, by the name Mr. John, and WOW! I am not too tech savvy. Mr. John, did not make me feel stupid at all, and was able to explain things in simple English. His, answers where all very professional, very prompt and extremely professional in nature.

The very first response also threw me off. I could not believe I was speaking to an actual person, and not a stupid chat bot, or vm. That simple bit, listed above.... that very simple bit. Just about sold myself, ON THE SPOT!!!!

I was so impressed, I offered Mr. John employment should he ever seek new employment; yes! that impressed. Now, if the product, and rest of the company functions. As well as the first impression. Just errand, a customer. I also, might be interested in considering. An affiliate partnership of sorts; down the road....
