Ice Tub Opiniões 

Same as many others, i bought this product on recommendation. There was delays of weeks for it's arrival, with limited updates.
The cost was described in euros and there is no mention of customs charges, but we had pay 35 euro which they said they will not reimburse. I have yet to receive it and ordered it 4-6 weeks ago.

Absolutely class customer service and brilliant product. Highly recommended

Do not buy if outside of the UK.
They not make it clear at all that there are additional charges (paid 32 Euros) in my EU country when the item was delivered.
They claim to be unaware of any customs or duty charges which I find highly questionable.
Go to your country Amazon site and find a better option there

I originally purchased the black ice tub, after my first dip a tear appeared at the bottom, letting water in the base that I couldn’t get back out again. I attempted to seal it, but it didn’t work. After emailing the customer service team, who were great by the way, I was offered a replacement. I asked for the new 3.0, which I have got now. I set it up this weekend, I was super gentle with it as was grateful to be dipping again!! Another tear!! Woke up to use the tub, it had leaked over night. Emailed the team again, no response!

I had this less than a year and in that time:
The thread for the outlet tap snapped off inside the tub - massive design flaw here and makes this hugely unreliable.
The sleeve for the pole tore.
The rubber ring punctured.

Customer support replied saying they were not going to lift a finger to help.

Hugely disappointing there are better brands out there with similar products. Don’t buy here.

Absolutely love my Ice-Tub. Good price. Great size. Easy to empty, clean and refill. I have found it more difficult to keep the water clean during the current heatwave (and I am conscious of water use) so have decided not to use it until the weather cools down a bit. Currently, with the relatively limited amount of ice I use, I only manage to get the overnight water temp down by about 3C to 14C so I figure it is not worth battling against nature. I will enjoy it so much more once the heatwave is over and I can get it to sub 10C!

Original one the top rim did not stay inflated, very quick to address the issue and replace it with the latest version , thank to April for sorting for me !!

A bit sceptical at first because of long delivery time but seems like a good product would recommend highly

Arrived fast. Good height. Sturdy enough. The lid is the downside. Slightest bit of rain water and it collapses in.

I bought this for my husband as he owns a crossfit gym crossfit Ostmen. He uses this every day for his recovery and is absolutely loving it. I have also been using it and DOMs are nonexistent.

I have recommended to many friends who have also purchased.

Ordered may for early June delivery. Still not received. Emailed Monday 12th to ask for an update and no response still.

Was slightly fearful after reading some reviews but the product arrived when it was meant to and was fit for purpose. Quite tricky to set up but not too taxing. It does the job, my wife and I enjoy using it pretty much daily, early mornings primarily as water cools overnight so is easier to chill down further. We freeze bottles of water and then add them each time to save on ice and seems to do the trick. Pretty good value overall. Only criticism would be the large shower cap style lid but apart from that it offers decent value.

I bought this tub as it had an attractive discount. Delivery was longer than expected. The pump provided is of poor quality, but does the job. Tub and lid are fine and I thoroughly enjoy using it on a daily basis.

I first received my IceTub in January and loved it, unfortunately it developed a leak, following a few emails backwards and forward I did receive an IceTub 3 as a free replacement which I do feel is maybe a slightly better version. What I would like is suggestions on how to keep it cold in the warmer weather. I have tried adding ice but it doesn't help very much. I appreciate it must be hard in the summer, but really missing the icy cold feel

Love my ice tub. Comes with everything you need and a thermometer. Keeps water cools, is sturdy and well made.

I use my ice tube everyday I love how it makes me feel afterward only bad the k&g is it does come with an inner lid

First drop off them 8 months ago was slow and delayed and customer service was slow. But a lot of companies with goods coming from the far east had the Covid/Brexit hangover so I accepted that.. For me having seen others, these are the best £100 tubs. Also the customer service since Xmas has been excellent.. I made an accidental puncture in mine, then told them about it, regarding ordering a new one. They very kindly, sent me a new one FOC - amazing and very happy : )

It serves its purpose but the quality isn’t as good as I thought it will be. We are cleaning it every two weeks as it gets slimy quite quick but it might be because weather is treating us well this summer. The health benefits are unquestionable :)
