I ordered 2 pairs of pants, which were apparently posted out on the 4th Nov, I have contacted them regarding this on several occasions, and was told to contact hermes myself, which I have done and they are saying thst the supplier needs to contact them as they seem to have gone missing in transit, I've emailed them 3 times since staying this and have had no reply I am now taking it up with trading standards . PLEASE DONT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW

I have opened dispute in my bank and thanks to my bank i got my money back after 3 months!!! They been still lieing me that they have sent replacement even if i asked to give my money back because is chinse sh..t selling for bigger money it is the worst company ever and costumer service is proper liers don’t buy from them nothing .

After ordering a ladies shaver & receiving nothing for 3 weeks, I decided to contact this company, only to be told it had already been delivered. They advised me to contact the courier, which I did & they replied with a photo of my delivered package apparently 46 metres from my address! I explained this to icicosmetic & they were very responsive at first, assuring me they would resend the item. I received nothing & they have since ignored all my other emails! I'm starting to wonder if they're even legit.
Want some good advice? ... AVOID!!!!

Just lost almost all my money, no warranty no guarantee over products, definitely going to Trading Standards office this week, absolutely trash company don’t ever buy anything from here.

Reviews on website are only shown if it’s 5* so it’s really misleading.

Instructions are horrible.

Please please please be aware what you want to buy. I hope this helps people to realise before purchasing.

Scam!!!!!! Ordered a neck massager, was utter garbage. Does not even work. Jeannie keeps replying with we will send you another one even though i have asked for a refund several times. Shocking company! I want my money back?!!

I would advise anyone not to purchase from this Company. The reasons are given below to which no one will now answer

19th August I advise that the item on the above order had arrived and that it was broken and no plug was included as it stated

You did reply on this day asking for a picture of the broken part which I sent to you on this day you stated that you

would never let us take a loss

21st August You replied that you would immediately send a replacement and that there is no need to return the faulty item

01 September Delivery was made but instead of the item we had order being replaced we received a plug that was not even

compatible with the item we had ordered.

Since then you have said we could have a 40% discount and keep the item that is broken which would be a loss for us or you would

give us a 100% discount if we send the item back to China which would be a loss for us.

I bought an ULTRASONIC CRYOTHERAPY FACE LIFTING MASSAGER from the company. Hardly used it. It now fell apart. It was glued together!!! I can't believe it as it was not cheap. Contacted the company for a full refund as I believe I was sold an extremely poor quality badly put together item that was dangerous for me to use. Haven't heard anything from them yet.

I am truly saddened 5to read the reviews about ici cosmetics.
Alas! I too am a victim of their scam! I ordered a beauty instrument which does not work. Cost £29/-.
I am still in contact with Jeannie via email who is very polite and appears to be helpful!
After several emails and positive feedbacks from Jeannie. Nothing.
We all have complained, now we need to refer them to trading standards.

Hi jeannie. Still waiting a refund and reply from you. Please take your responsibility to sort out this matter. This old used hair brush was sent to me and i have contacted you same day. Still waithing to hear from you. Its best if you get it sorted. £34.99 for used item.

Absolute shambles of a company!! I ordered a hair wand for my partners birthday and I am still waiting to get a refund send it back because it did not work. Says online that you can return but they are doing everything that can to make me not send it back and take a ridiculous % of a refund and keep the item that does not work!

I would give this so called beauty products company zero stars if possible. A totally fake "product" if you can call a piece of printed card eyebrow tattoos.
£25 for absolutely nothing . Buyer beware . Thieves ..pure and simple.

After complaining on this site about not receiving my order which I placed in February, I was asked to contact them. I had an email from Ben asking if I wanted to reorder or have my money back. I requested my money back as I wasn't convinced I'd actually get the order. My money was refunded to my paypal account, thank you Ben

Stay well clear of this company I would of given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option, order the black airwrap dryer for £99 received the item and wouldn’t pay £9.99 was covered in scratches…. Paid £10 to send the item back tracked next day this was 3 weeks ago and still yet to see a refund. I will now be getting in touch with trading standards!!

I purchased a pair of Golf Shoes from this Company on 2 August and have still not received them. Emailed on 5 August asking for expected delivery - no reply received. I have emailed again today and waiting reply, but having read the reviews below it does not look as though I will!!!!

SCAM ! I bought professional nail drill for my girl friend. Order 31. Jul and I’ve been waiting for any information till 12. Aug now is 16. Aug and still no information about my package. You’ll get a tracking number but that’ll be without update, no location, no more details. I spent £125 and I hope, I believe owner this company will get sick from those money. I’ll report this company in all services and government as well. For new costumers - do not buy nothing ! It’s scam.

Very disappointing.. I have been waiting for a missing item since February. Continuous emails saying it will come and it never does. I requested a refund, which was ignored. My advice is STAY AWAY.
