I got sent the wrong item and when I contacted customer service the item I originally ordered is sold out. I haven’t heard back from customer service in regards to my p&p and returns fee as I feel I should be refunded those too due to receiving the completely wrong item.

Great service, even better dress
Ordered Tuesday night and it arrived Thursday morning, super fast delivery! Bought a maxi dress and it is the most comfortable dress i have ever worn. Got so many compliments on it too. Will be buying it in every colour 😁
