Amazing customer service!
I had an issue with a payment when my web browser crashed that resulted in my reordering an item. I was charged for the incomplete order and when I contacted customer services they resolved the issue straight away with zero fuss or follow up emails needed. Will definitely be a return customer based purely on how easy they were to deal with!

I order the same dress in the same size…
I ordered the same dress in the same size but different colours. One was too big , the other was much smaller and the seams were all twisted.Very badly made!
