It was perfect and specially the wrapping of the products so it don’t get damaged on the way but the only thing that I didn’t like is how much the shipping was, I ordered $40 worth of products and the shipping turned out to be $37 something which was a ripoff.

My package was stolen and needed help from customer service
My package was stolen after my community mailbox was vandalized. I reached out to Icon Hookah customer service via chat/toll-free number/email trying to gather information on how to go about claiming with USPS and needing some information. No response from chat or toll-free number and the response via email was without answering or providing information needed. Terrible experience.

Great. They now what there doing, but I would like to now about some tobaco refills, and it seems like consultants doesn't really answer any questions. Maybe its because of time difference. Otherwise, great.
