For international returns, our standard return process requires the item to be sent back to our return facility with tracked shipping, followed by warehouse inspection before a refund is processed. We understand this can feel inconvenient, especially when international return costs are involved.

Because of that, we sometimes offer partial refund solutions as an alternative, so customers can avoid return shipping costs and long processing times. These offers are not meant to prevent a return, but to provide another possible resolution.

After reviewing the photos provided, we confirmed that the sneakers appeared unworn and in good condition. As an international retailer, we routinely explore alternative solutions before proceeding with international returns, as return shipping costs and logistics are typically the responsibility of the customer and can be both costly and time-consuming.
