I had payment issues and he tried multiple ways to support me in booking onto a level 7 course. Without his support and patience today I would not have been enrolled.

Where do we start...its taking 5 months to review several modules. There's 0% accountability and I feel let down and dissapointed by the support i have been given.
I will never take an accreditation again after this and im beyond dissapointed as this is my money ive put into the course.

I have just enrolled for my second course with ICS Learn. I had looked at doing the course with another supplier as there were cheaper ones but going with "Better the devil you know" I phoned them up and they upheld their price match promise without quibble. Everyone I have spoken with have been friendly and helpful and the way the courses are presented suits me and I find them easy to follow. My only slight niggle is that the course work could do with being proof read as sometimes when a wrong word is used it can be a little confusing but I use it as a learning experience trying to work out exactly what they meant.
If I was going to go on and do any other courses after this one I would happily use them again.

Very easy process!

Please avoid this study centre because of their incompetence and horrible support for students. You will wait 1.5 to 2 months for feedback from a tutor. Student support has been rude and not interested in helping me. You pay £2,500–£3,000 for the course, juggle your job and family responsibilities, and try to study on weekends. But this centre doesn't make your studies easier and does not provide any support. They did not help me with the technical issue I had and forced me to complete the unit from the beginning, saying this was my fault. I will never take any qualifications at this centre again and never recommend it to my friends.

I have been with ICS for long now and they keep just dodging you when you are on your last assignment so you keep paying for extensions. They even take months to mark one assignment and only awake when you follow up on your marking . Otherwise they keep emailing you that they have backlogs god knows why. And there is no way for which you get in touch with one person directly. I would not recommend going with ICS unless you have too much time to waste with them.

Eva was very patient and gave me all the information I needed. She answered all of my questions and was very kind. Excellent customer service!

ICS were very helpful in accommodating an extension to my course during my maternity leave. They responded quickly and helped to find a way to allow me to continue studying.

I really enjoyed my experience with ICS Learn. The self pace aspect of the course suited me really well and gave me the flexibility to study around my own schedule. The website was easy to navigate which made accessing the course materials straightforward.
My tutor was also very helpful and would also get back to me within 24 hours whenever I had a question or needed support.

The marking times were a little longer than I initially expected, although this was clearly communicated so I knew what to expect.

Overall, I had a really positive experience. If you enjoy a flexible self-paced way of studying, I would highly recommend them. The 'CIPD course completion' email which I received today, made it all worthwhile :)
