Michelle Kerr was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my enrolment with ICS Learn, CIPD Level 7 L&D. She explained the process clearly, responded promptly to my questions and made everything straightforward. She also followed up after my enrolment to ensure I could access the learning portal successfully. very accessible, lots of support given where needed

I was in communication with Paul O’Rourke during my initial contact with ICS and he was very helpful. Emails were always responded to promptly and any further information I requested was given. Paul was very informative and helped me to make a decision on which course to go for. I was happy with the process of joining the course it was simple.

My experience so far has been clear, simple, easy to understand and Michelle Kerr has been very efficient.

My enrolment was handled by Eva, and I have to say the experience was excellent from start to finish. She was clear, patient and generous with her time on the phone, talking me through everything so I felt confident about what I was signing up for. She also very kindly gave me the Elite package at no extra cost, which made a real difference and meant a lot to me.

Eva's approach made what could have been a stressful step feel straightforward and genuinely welcoming, and it's given me a great start to the course. I'd like to thank her for her generosity and for making the process so smooth.

CIPD L7 - Shocking

My experience with ICS has been nothing but poor. From slow response times, slow assignment feedback and unattainable deadlines.

I have waited months for assignment feedback that went way over their SLA and when did receive feedback was issued 2 days to resubmit, when I called i was told I would have to pay for an extension - how ridiculous!!

You cannot speak to your tutor over the phone although they will say you can request a call which I have done on two occasions and haven't received a phone call. Instead you have to message through the portal which can take up to 5 days to receive a half hearted response, often turning a simple query in to a weeks long conversation.

Student services are equally unhelpful. Calling them reaps the same response - "we will get back to you today", needless to say they dont. Emails might be responded to, might not.

Overall terrible experience, I genuinely dont know how theyre still going and how they have a decent trust pilot score. Avoid for CIPD L7.

Booked a PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course today, Excellent and speedy access to course materials, easy to follow, and nice email from Nicola to offer support, Course was competitively priced , delighted with 1st day progress, and 0 per cent payment schedule was most welcome, highly recommend booking with this company, will return to do Agile next🙂

Michelle Kerr was super helpful in getting me set up on my course and helped to answer my questions. Not started my course yet, so can't speak to that. But they have been very responsive so far

ICS learn is amazing as they have flexble course materials are understandable.
They have lovely tutors like Christopher Neeson.

Am doing the Bookkeeping course, have done level 1 & 2 now halfway through level 3, am passing with 90% + on exans so very happy, great tutors and very helpful with explaining any problems i have had
