Michelle Kerr has been so lovely and helpful throughout. She’s really friendly, approachable and always checks in to make sure everything is going okay. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and I’ve felt really supported 😊 I felt very comfortable recommending her to my colleague who is also enrolling.

My experiance with ICS learn has been great and I would like to give 5 stars.

I've recently started my CIPD Level 5 and so far I've had a really positive experience. A special thank you goes to Paul O'Rourke - after an initial consultation he advised a suitable course, based on my previous work experience and education. He took time to understand my current situation and career plans and helped me decide what course and package was the right fit for me.

The onboarding process was straightforward, everything was explained really well and Paul stayed in touch to make sure all my questions were answered. The whole process was easy, with transparent pricing options, and all that put my mind at ease knowing I've made the right choice with the course itself and with ICS Learn. Thank you once again Paul, I'm grateful for your advice and support along the way.

Some of parts of my course weren't loading and told the tutor said they were going to sort it but didn't. DON'T RECOMMEND
