Absolute waste of money the maths tutor did not help told my daughter to look on YouTube and when we phoned up customer service to ask for help with booking the exams because we needed the course code I was shouted at and told to 'Do it yourself' and then hung up on. Just buy some revision guides instead this is just a scam

Worst customer service, take the longest time to mark anything, several emails a day mostly duplicates with lots of emails following that suggest something different or “apologies got it wrong” type emails. Was definitely misold as was never told the course ends fully after a year, only under the impression it was just the tutor support! Paid a lot of money with not a lot in return! Avoid

I did CIPD level 7 through ICS and it was a waste of time, money, and effort.

Over the years I have had my work marked by tutors who did not read it, even once giving me feedback on a topic that I had not written about at all. Many students have shared similar experiences of feedback being poor, confusing, or for someone else's work entirely. Tutors are unhelpful at best, and often deliberately unkind at worst.

They frequently miss their own assessment deadlines, delaying course completion and creating additional stress for students who are trying to plan work and family commitments around end dates that shift.

Their standards for instruction are very low and their course materials do not meet basic expectations for this level of learning. They communicate changes and standards through notifications in the platform rather than through clearly issued annual guidance, making it impossible to understand what is expected or how the work will be assessed.

The experience has been chaotic, disjointed, and untenable. I have wasted years with ICS and I am one of many students who share this sentiment. Despite the public-facing trustpilot scores, student forums routinely name ICS as a provider to avoid. I recommend taking their advice and going elsewhere.

I had a really positive experience with the Anastasiia from ICS Student Support team. I had completed my CMI Level 5 course last month, but recently needed to access the website again to check my results and updates. I contacted Student Support, and the Anastasiia whom I spoke to was extremely helpful and kind.

She went out of her way to help me regain access to the website for another two weeks as a goodwill gesture. I really appreciated her understanding, patience, and willingness to help even though I had already completed my course.

A great education institution choice to go with whether you’re fresh out of school or becoming a student years later.
