Took out Haibke CF11 Demo bike.
The staff at the shop were spot on so helpful .
Now have to make my mind up about buying one. If I do I wouldn't hesitate buying from them despit the shop being an hr or so from my home. You just get the right vibe
& the shop ( old bank building) is a great set up. Definately recomend

I bought my grandson a pre-owned bike as he’d outgrown his previous one, he’s 11 so image is everything, the staff were really helpful & friendly and once we’d chosen the bike they replaced the seat & bell which gave the bike a totally different look, my grandson is very pleased with it

Bought my son a bike, the bike was a refurbished mountain bike ( not that you'd notice) the staff very helpful, helped my son with his questions ( he's 12 so they cone thick and fast,) bought some new grips for the handle bars which they changed over at no extra cost, very please with the staffs approach and patience we even entered the raffle and won 10% discount on next purchase ( loverly) definitely recommend 👍 A 🌟 given 3 month warranty on the bike for peace of mind to nice bonus

Fantastic service, Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable. Able to try before you buy and no pressure. Would definitely recommend.

I attended a free bike maintenance course - lovely friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable staff. I left knowing more than when I got there.
In the last couple of weeks my ebike, bought here, was serviced - very prompt, efficient service at a good price.

After initial research on purchasing an e bike I went to various places to look at some options. Once I'd been to ICycle it was obvious to me where I wanted to spend my money. Bike was dispatched promptly but unfortunately there was an issue with the courier.
I phoned I cycle and they contacted the courier and responded to me within 30 mins.
I also had trouble with the tracking number. I cycle responded immediately.

The Customer service from iCycle Electric is first class . My bike was booked in for an annual service and the whole process was managed in a professional and efficient manner. I was kept informed of progress during the service and upon collection I was given a full explanation of the work undertaken.

Icycle is a brilliant bike shop. Very friendly and efficient. I test rode the Gocycle three times before I purchased one. There was no pressure just friendly enthusiasm for cycling. They have since serviced the bike for me and helped me sell my old bike too.
