I Cycle Electric Opiniões

Bought a second hand bike that was delivered to my home address as described and in great condition.

Quick and friendly email responses from Sarah.

Thank you.

Went to purchase a part and the online ordering wouldn't recognise my address, due to a part issue, so rung and spoke and both Adam and Sarah went above and beyond to sort the issue out and part was received within the week. Will definitely deal with again. Many thanks. Chris

Easy to order, delivery was fast, very happy with my purchase thank you

Very professional advise and delivery of my trike

I WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU MORE WHEN I CAN GET THE BATTERY OUT OF THE FRAME TO CHARGE IT WHAT EVER HAPPENDT TO INSTRUCTION MANUALS

I ordered bike lights which turned out to be out of stock. I was telephoned by friendly staff and as a result was offered an alternative which arrived in good time.

This company go the extra mile placed an order on Wednesday night thinking I could pay extra for fast delivery as it was my son’s birthday on the Monday that option was not available I called the company Thursday morning explained my situation and delivered in the own van on the Friday so my would have it for his birthday they did not want to risk it on a courier service due to Black Friday

Everyone was really helpful throughout the sale and kept me fully informed of where they were up to with the bike building….first class service too!

Great service knowledgable and very helpful staff a pleasure to buy from them

Icycleelectric is a wonderful shop. They give such a friendly but professional service, nothing is overlooked. They go out of their water to help you find what is best suited to your needs. A wonderful shop, so glad you are around.

Best customer care I have ever experienced. Even offered to advise a local bike store on my behalf on how to install the product I bought from them

Have dealt with icycles for a couple of years now and find them to be an honest hard working outfit. Customer service is top of their list of priorities.

Bought a fabulous e-bike from this lovely shop. They gave excellent advice on what would meet my requirements and budget and I was able to trial as many bikes as I liked. Would highly recommend icycle for e-bikes.

Everything about icycle electric was very positive, from the first meeting with Nick to him handing over the key for my e-bike it was superb, if I had any questions about the bike he knew everything I needed to know, if I was on the lookout for another bike I would not hesitate to go back

The service and attention we received from the staff, particularly Sarah was thoroughly professional. All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We are thrilled with the bikes and wouldn’t hesitate to recommended this brilliant business

Friendly and helpful staff, both in person and by phone.

Highly Recommended

Excellent service and value in the purchase of an electric bike for myself and a bike for my little boy.
