Terrible customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with Tommy Hilfiger’s customer service. I returned my order on January 5th, and since then I have received no information or update about my return or refund.
The return label was included in the package when I received the order. I brought the parcel to the post office, but the tracking number provided shows an error, so I still have no idea where my return is or what is happening with it.
I have been trying to contact customer support for several days, but I’m getting no response at all. Nobody answers my emails and the live chat is also useless because I can’t reach anyone.
This is very stressful and unacceptable for such a big brand. I just want a clear update and my refund processed.
