Very bad
Very bad. From day one my eyelids became inflamed, red. Even the company stating that them eyelash serum is gentle and dermatologist tested, it is not true. It is not gentle, because I got very bad reaction. Keep in mind I am not allergic to anything. Very bad. And it was very expensive so I am very disappointed because it has to go to the bin.

The iglow lash serum has had so many benefits for me. I use to wear fake eyelashes every day but I don’t need to anymore since I’ve started using the iglow lash serum. It lengthened and thickened my lashes within 3 weeks. Best beauty product I have ever invested in.

I have hooded eyelids and it was hard…
I have hooded eyelids and it was hard to see my lashes. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results from Iglow, my lashes have definitely grown. I will be making sure to always have this product in my beauty regime.

One of my favourite products 😍
Love this product, have used for the last few years and my eyelashes are amazing. I would definitely recommend. Also love their mascara. Have just also purchased the under eye patches so hoping they work as well as the serum. Have used other lash serums and they don't have the same effect!

Goed opglost
Ik heb twee weken geleden bij iGlow besteld en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Het pakketje komt uit Duitsland en ik was zogenaamd “niet thuis” (er heeft niemand aangebeld) dus is mijn pakket op een afhaalpunt geleverd. Ik kreeg hier (1) geen notificatie van, en (2) het is niet zichtbaar op welk afhaalpunt dit pakket is geleverd wat het voor mij onmogelijk maakt om het af te halen. Dit moet echt beter geregeld worden.
Update: de klantenservice heeft me super goed geholpen! Ik heb een mail gestuurd en ik kreeg direct bericht dat ze een nieuw product zouden opsturen. Dit heb ik wel binnengekregen, dus uiteindelijk ben ik toch tevreden :)

Het spijt ons zeer dat PostNL je niet heeft geïnformeerd over het ophalen van je pakket. Leveringen naar Nederland verlopen meestal probleemloos, dus het is moeilijk te zeggen wat er mis is gegaan met jouw zending.
We zijn in ieder geval blij dat je contact met ons hebt opgenomen via e-mail, zodat we je bestelling opnieuw konden versturen 😊
