Hi! We're so glad to hear that you're satisfied with the effect of Lash Maximizer, even though you may have had to be a bit patient before seeing changes in your lashes. The timing of when you'll see the effect depends on the lash cycle since the serum works when the lashes are in the growth phase. We responded to your inquiry shortly after it was received, providing you with information on the whereabouts of the package and the estimated delivery time. I see that your package was delivered within 7 business days, one day after the estimated delivery time, and we must apologize for the slight delay in transit. Please feel free to let us know what made you perceive our service as poor so that we can improve 😊

Lash Maximizer contains 3 ml, and compared to other skincare products, one might get the impression that this is very little, but it's a very small amount used per application. A bottle usually lasts about 3 months with daily use, and even longer once you've achieved results and only maintain by applying a few times a week. Remember that Lash Maximizer is good for 6 months after opening, so if you have more left by then, the bottle should still be replaced.
