I have not received the order

I have not received the order. I have no idea where it is. usps has no idea where it is I’m going to cancel the order unless you reach out to me and let me know what’s going on.

I’m very sorry for the frustration caused by the shipping delay. We shipped the order on time, but unfortunately USPS experienced a delay in transit. According to the tracking information, the package has now been delivered.

You sent us a battery instead of the portabal Oxegan Compensator. I'm waiting on a replacement unit.

The issue was resolved after the mix-up. A brand new Inogen Rove 4 was sent with complimentary Next Day Air shipment and successfully received by the customer.

The process was good.

The process was good. I placed the order, it was shipped & we received the unit in a timely manner, no problems. The only thing during the entire process I did not talk to a person which I thought was strange?

Best Prices

I came across this website on facebook and noticed that prices for oxygen concentrators were very low compared to other providers. I decided to give it a try and received a brand new product without any issues. Very happy with my Inogen G5.

Good product

Good product. I got double battery-5. WS able to put it together without assistance from a rocket scientist. Timely delivery was very good.
