The THREE month delay on shipment with no updates or communication.

I called and emailed several times to check on order status and got no response. Phone was not answered and emails were not returned.i ordered from another company because I thought there was a problem with the order. I then just last week received the order which arrived too late. I would like to return but again cannot reach anyone.

They’re saying, I made two orders one for a shower chair that I wanted and then I canceled because I found it a lot cheaper and the second order they said I ordered is for something that I have no use for some kind of strap or something that I would never need they were insisting that I made this order which I never did! So be careful they might just add on what they feel like🤷‍♀️

On June 20th I ordered a weight band and some stretch bands. (order MS2513534) I was told to expect delivery by June 30th. I received the weight band on the 30th but as of today, July 7th, have not stretch bands. I have not received any update about their delivery.

Product arrived perfectly packaged. Exactly what I had ordered, and wanted. And a very good price.

Three + weeks to ship seems a bit excessive and in the mean time I had to order a 2nd one from another outfit.

The item was as as described. However, it took way too long to fulfill the order.
I did not want to order from Amazon but the slow delivery is a problem

Product was easily assembled.
However delivery time was very long.

The person I talked to was very helpful and kind. It was delivered in just a few days as he explained.

Order MS2513283 has never came and I have not heard anything

After months of therapy with a different clinic, I was still in severe pain, barely able to walk. After one session at Elevate with Dr. Erin I feel better than I have in a couple of years. What a relief! And, everyone is so nice.

Ordered a physical therapy over the door pulley for shoulder rehab. 13 days later, 5 no answered telephone calls, 2 emails and no product delivered. Pretty sketchy
group to deal with.

The company's statements are not true! No way to get a refund! They promised 100% refund if not satisfied. No one answers 3 different phone numbers, doesn't answer e-mails. I will NEVER order from his company again!

I had never heard of Medical Source. Your site came up when I was looking for a new cane. I loved the patterns you had and I found just the right one. The price was really good and the shipping was amazingly fast. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my package. Thank you so much!

Had inventory on hand at a price more reasonable than Amazon & other online suppliers. As well as quicker delivery window (1 week vs 3-4 weeks elsewhere.) product as described & needed.
