The address I had on file was old, and my package was sent to the wrong place. After reaching out to customer service, Ardie was able to resolve the issue immediately! I was offered multiple options and I was able to get the help I needed! Another reason I'll always be apart of the iheartraves family!

Clarification
I had a few complications regarding the free shipping when I checked out during the Cyber Monday sale, but I decided to make the order anyway while I reached out to the employees. Ardie from the iHeartRaves team was kind enough to reach out and clarify the confusion and even looked into the small details so that I wasn't left in the dark. I appreciate this kind of help from customer service reps and I hope more brands can look up to them :)

I accidentally returned the wrong order and my customer service agent Remie was so helpful! They understood my situation completely and took care of me and made me feel like a true valued customer. This was my first experience shopping with iHeartraves and they helped create a lifelong customer.

I absolutely love IHR! All the items I’ve got from there have been great quality and are amazing statement pieces at the festivals!

IHR team helped me with a mistake I made on an order and everything arrived just in time for a festival I was going to! The fit looked and felt amazing. 10/10 would purchase again. Ardie helped me with returning a duplicate item for store credit, they even provided me with a prepaid shipping label despite the issue being my own error. Amazing customer service!

Great sales and the best customer service! I recently placed an order and accidentally ordered the wrong size of one of the items. Ardie was very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue for me. I was worried that I would have to pay for my mistake, but Ardie explained several options and made sure that I was well taken care of.

Cute clothes + great customer service
The article of clothing itself was good quality and true to size. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it didn’t get to me on time. Their customer service was easy to access and they refunded me directly for the shipping. Good customer service goes a long way!!

Amazing service from Joan at iheartraves!
Joan at iheartraves has been fantastic to chat with. My postal address can sometimes not show up correctly, so Joan reached out to confirm my address and was so nice and understanding whilst I explained the issue and confirmed it. Her responses were so quick which made me feel confident that my order was being looked after well.
I will happily buy from and recommend iheartraves to anyone thanks to her amazing customer service!
