This is the most straightforward loan repayment company I have ever used. Very simple, clear monthly notifications showing your remaining balance. When it came to the time where I decided to pay off the remaining balance early, it could not have been simpler to do so!

Normally loan companies -pester you to take out another loan to pay off your existing one, but today I made my last payment and the only paperwork I received in the last five years were statements

I would use Ikano again. Very easy to make over payments. The emails were relevant and to the point using no banking language. The offer 0% interest loans which is always a bonus as well.

Getting a loan from ikano bank was easy to set up paying by direct debit is easy to do and you receive a statement every month showing you your balance

This bank came on the IKEA site to offer a loan at the point of purchase and I opted for it. Ofcourse they had to do a credit check and leave a hard footprint which i was okie with and my application was successful and i got the account number, credit card details. When i tried to complete the purchase I got error and i tried again and the message kept coming up. I called them multiple times and got through to an agent and she had zero knowledge of their product and her line was so bad that it keeps getting disconnected. She never called me back and i have to queue up all the time and then go through the security check and when it comes to asking question the line gets disconnected. After 4 hours I spoke with her and she mentioned they are having IT issue and i should try it in few hours. I tried and it failed many times and i called back again and i was toild that if my purchase is urgent then i should consider alternate method. I was shocked to her that -They left a hard credit check on my credit file and this credit is uselsss outside of IKEA and if i was to use any other means to pay then why would I accept a hard search in my credit file. Next day same story and they don't know when the issue will be over. Their message was keep trying .... which is the most delightful way to create best possible customer experience (NOT). I felt many months were taken away from my life because if this transaction. AVOID these scammers and have peace of mind. Not sure how IKEA landup partnering with this company

I am a disabled customer with congintive issues. Ikano rings me every month around payment time to make sure my health is ok and if I need extra support with payments. This is above and beyond what you would expect from customer service and I am so grateful for the extra support that no other company has ever given me

It has been an easy and smooth experience from the start with Ikano Bank. I particularly like the regular statements which let's me keep track of the balance.

How do i speak to a Human here? Been trying for days. Cant get anyone. Sick of the automatic system, it isnt giving me the answer i need.

2. Man kann die Karte nicht zum Google Pay anmelden. Da die Bank es überhaupt nicht erlaubt, und es ist nicht "Freigeschaltet ". "Irgendwann in die Zukunft.
Kundenservice war nicht behilflich im Krisensituationen.

Oszukali mnie i sprawili, że przez wiele miesięcy odczuwałem ogromny ból. Nie odbierają moich telefonów ani nie odpowiadają na moje skargi, że próbuję odzyskać pieniądze. Firma na mojej głowie pomogła mi odzyskać całe 12300€

Second review, god almighty losing the will to live with this company.
First, we try to pay the full amount before interest is added. They refused to take it all. Said direct debit was due in few days they can’t stop it. No interest will be added. Lied.. a month later they try to take £66. now at the time they said it was due in few days so it will be completed. Then they wanted interest so to get rid of them we paid £14.56. Told again it was complete we owed nothing. Then a txt we owe £51. 4 calls later they decided it was their fault so account was closed. Or so we thought. Letter demanding restart direct debit. Basically it comes down to one person they should have taken the full amount but refused, charged interest. Still have no idea if it’s paid or not.

Very professional with clarity. of instalments needed to be paid . You always know what your balance is and when your payment is due.No complaints.
