You have ordered iron on labels which isn't with glue on the backside. But you have to use you iron the melt them in to the fabric. We should have sent you a manual on the backside of the casing they were delivered in.
Nevertheless I'll contact you in email. We have to solve this for you to be happy with our products.

Mooie festivalbandjes besteld, een van de weinige sites waar je ook minder dan 100 kunt bestellen! Enige minpuntje: bij bestelling onder 13 euro betaal je 10 euro administratiekosten. Ik heb dus 20 bandjes (13 euro) ipv 10 (12 euro) besteld. Verder prima en snelle service!
