This product is amazing. I purchased the 18.5″ Modular Dual Screen Monitor with Aluminum Data Stand, and I’m very satisfied with the final result.
I especially want to praise their customer service. Since this is a new product, I didn’t really know how to use it at first, especially how to rotate the screens. At the beginning, I even thought it might not be compatible with Mac and asked for a return. But after they understood my issue, they were extremely proactive in helping me.
They sent me detailed tutorials through WhatsApp and email, including videos and step-by-step instructions, which helped me figure everything out. They were incredibly patient, friendly, and easy to talk to.
Also, when I received the package, I found a wireless phone charger inside that I didn’t order. I contacted support and they told me it was a free gift for the first 100 customers since this is a new product. It works perfectly with my phone and was a really nice surprise.
Overall, this was a great shopping experience. While the refresh rate isn’t very high, it’s more than good enough for productivity and multitasking. For the price, this setup is absolutely worth it.

Despite being under warranty, their "solution" is a joke. They asked me to ship it back to China for repair at my own expense. The international shipping costs are almost as much as the monitor itself. When I pointed this out, they "generously" offered to let me buy a new one for USD $120.
A warranty that requires the customer to pay the full value of the product just to get it fixed is not a warranty, it’s a scam. I regret trusting this brand and should have stuck with a reputable seller on Amazon where returns are actually handled fairly. Avoid this individual seller at all costs.

Between the long delay and receiving a used item instead of a new one, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this seller based on this experience.

Greetings, I would like to shout out to this awesome customer service experience with lepow 4 screen extension monitors, the company is really doing well with the quality of screens and the compatibility with the diverse devices, I received this product really quickly, the free shipping was so efficient and i will get to experience that shipping in action again real soon with their Lepow Z1 portable extension, as I got the opportunity to experience that monitor too after this one. Honestly, the products comes and goes but the quality of customer service lepow have is exceptional and top notch, the companies product compounds the productivity for stock market traders and computer programmers. The rotational of the screens is a game changer for the computer programmers as the length of codes can sometimes exceed the normal screens and trying to find bugs in the codes becomes harder when a person has to flip between windows or even flipping screens, with the 90 degrees screen rotation, that problem gets solved. I have taken multiple pictures to upload to showcase the functionality, in case of any questions, the company is super responsive and efficient, highly recommended product for multi tasking people.
I have to admit, I was on the fence about ordering from a company so far away. I reached out to iLepow.com, and they assured me they were a legit company. Lisa emailed me with the purchase order and tracking number, which put my mind at ease, that's when I knew I was working with a 5 Star business. The monitors were delivered as promised in 3-5 business days . Tracking number was provided . Instructions were easy and monitors work great . I have a surface laptop

After conducting research, I purchased an extended monitor for work. I received an initial text message from a third-party texting service stating the item would ship in a few days. After that, I received no shipping confirmation, tracking information, or communication indicating the item had actually shipped.
I strongly recommend shopping somewhere else and I have proof of their short comments. Please contact me if you need the proof 608-347-2414.
I reached out for an update and received no response. After waiting several additional days, I requested to cancel the order due to the lack of communication. Only then did the company respond, stating the item had already shipped and that cancellation was no longer possible.
When the item was allegedly delivered, I refused delivery and requested the order be canceled, as I had never received any verified shipping confirmation or tracking details. Despite this, the company still withheld $50, citing their policy.
Throughout the process, customer service was unresponsive, dismissive, and failed to prioritize basic communication. All I requested was transparency and a reasonable estimated delivery timeframe. That never happened.
I will not do business with this company again. If this is how they choose to operate, I hope the $50 they kept was worth losing a customer and damaging trust—especially when dealing with a small business that simply expected clear communication. It only takes five seconds to own your mistake.

Very disappointing experience. The product I received was not what was clearly shown or implied on the product page. The photos are mixed, specifications are unclear, and there’s no obvious distinction between options. I selected what appeared to be the correct version, but received a different stand than expected. Support later said the “other option” wasn’t even available — then why show all those images?
On top of that, the product quality is poor. It arrived with scratches and poorly finished parts, and despite the description claiming aluminum, most of it looks and feels like cheap plastic. When I reported this as a quality issue, support refused to acknowledge it and said the stand was a “gift,” even though it is clearly part of the product being sold.
The worst part: I was forced to pay $150 out of my own pocket to return the item from the USA to Hong Kong, even though the issue was caused by misleading product information and poor quality. Support was defensive, even questioned my “motives,” and took no responsibility for the confusing presentation or the condition of the product.
Overall, misleading product page, questionable quality, and customer service that avoids responsibility. I would not buy from this company again and do not recommend it.

I rated 5-stars for the after sales support of the team, not the product. There is room for improvement in the quality of the product but hey, everyone deserves a chance to do product improvement as long as they provide good customer service and after-sales service which is "by choice".
I bought the 16" Tricreate 4 panel monitor during the 2025 Black Friday sale. The product was received after 1 week from order date. The configuration I wanted was 田 which was the main reason I bought this model. However, the fastening screws that came with the package was not compatible for this setup. The team worked with me through whatsapp messages to set it up and when they finally realized the screws were not compatible, they made the offer to send the suitable screws via UPS at their cost. I waited for another week and received the screws. Got it set up and the driver didn't work and I could not get all 4 panels to display my charts. The team worked with me even after office hours on a Friday evening to resolve the matter. They even thought one of the panel was faulty when it was not responsive. The driver was reinstalled and it was eventually done and I could use all 4 panels. I am happy that I could now travel and still have my 4 screens with me like when I work on my home PC.
Then I find that the top 2 panels are not stable so I asked for an additional screen connector. The team discussed and offer to make one with out circuitry (a dummy fastener) but I had to pay for the delivery charges. That sounded reasonable to me so I did and received the additional connector a week later.
Then one of the original fastener had a loose screw and the handle came off. I realized it was due to the misalignment of the screw holes of the fastener and the plastic handle. After I showed the team the photos, they offered to ship me a complimentary connector.
After 1 month, the product is finally complete and setup done successfully.
So the product build quality is not perfect (4-stars) but the service from the aftersales team was more than excellent (6-stars) giving an average of 5-stars :D
I believe the team is sincere to help when the issue is genuine. I totally appreciate the effort and patience from this company.

Update....lepow is a scam company and have crap products!! They said sure leave a review we will post the whole email chain. That's fine I told them the product is of bad quality and does that meet expectations. Let's start by saying box came damaged and in rough shape. Took items out of box and noticed immediately how flimsy the stand was and that the monitors do not lay flat. Set the unit up and was unhappy with the wait and non existent instructions.after deciding the unit was not as described emailed the company for a return approval (website states 14 day return for full refund) ...they did approve return but proceeded to tell me they would not send a return label. As I didn't pay shipping to get to me I would not expect to pay shipping back. They have been less then helpful in the matter. Went to return through shopping company and the cost is almost as much as what I paid. So they do not have a full refund within 14 days as stated. I have explained this over and over.

Great product, bought the Tri create and very happy with the end result. Definitely a good buy for people who frequently travel for work and want to get more productive when working from a hotel or a client premise. The screen quality is not comparable to very high end non portable external monitors, but still pretty good for such a compact portable device. Definitely good value for money.
Being able to reach out with any concerns and have a human respond in a timely manner and alleviate those concerns is so refreshing these days. The product is exactly as advertised, I would recommend.
In my experience this appears to be a dishonest/ scamming company that will not honor product warranties. My monitor stopped working in 2 months and is under a 1 year warranty. I have sent numerous videos of product not working while using all original cables. The Lepow representative continues to say I am not using the USB cable they sent me and will therefore not honor the warranty. This is false; I am using their cable and the USB cable has absolutely nothing to do with the monitors defect.

DANGER STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
My horrible experience started early September when I initiated a 3-screen setup with expedited shipping with estimated delivery within 10 days. The order then went into a black hole and no communication. After three weeks I received a note stating the company had shut down for a period of time, but they would ship out the order. The order finally arrived on October 2nd. I followed the instructions but all three units for reasons unknown would not communicate my Macbook Air. I spent several days, ~6 hours troubleshooting over WhatsApp with some person in Hong Kong. They finally gave up and said their Gen 2 was coming in two weeks and they would ship me a new unit. I was not happy but agreed. Then after three weeks they should out the new unit after I provide proof, I return the defective unit to their warehouse in NY at my expense.
Thursday November 20th, I received the replacement unit. Upon packing there were no signs of it being a Gen 2 unit which the agreed to. I proceeded to setup the unit and again the same problem, plus one monitor was damaged during shipment and had discolored lines running thru it.
I immediately contacted them on WhatsApp and they insisted on troubleshooting which I did not have time, nor did I have the patients to back and forth on WhatsApp for hours. I requested a refund and informed them my original payment source had been lost and I would need to provide them with a replacement card number.
Saturday November 22nd, I woke up to message on WhatsApp stating their platform does not support issuing a refund to a replacement card, basically telling me I’m screwed. The conversation then went back to forcing me into troubleshooting the defective unit.
First problem – I paid for expedited shipping and did not get it in the time frame required
Second problem – All three screens were defective (wasted 6 hours of my personal time)
Third problem – They required me to pay for return and required proof even though the product was defective and they admitted it
Fourth problem – My source of payment (credit card) was stolen which I received a replacement card but the company refused to issue a credit stating their system would not allow for it.
Fifth problem – The company is forcing me back to troubleshooting their defective product.
Six problem – The company has had my money for 3 months, I have no working system, and they refused to issue a refund.
For those looking to purchase products from Lepow (ilepow.com) - BUYER BEWARE – BAD COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE!

I bought the flexscreen 4 screen bundle, it's great for my stock trading needs. It's light weight (considering 4 screens), is modular setup and can be adjusted as needed. The cost was fair value and the customer service has been excellent. I can't speak for longevity yet, but so far, 5 stars all around!
I have had no issues with ilepow in fact they have been 100% amazing for me I would recommend them 10/10 support is fantastic and product works extremely well
