DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered their triple monitor 2 weeks ago, got an emailed UPS tracking number that says it still hasn't been shipped. We cant get a hold of the company. Dont waste your time or money. We will be having this charge removed through our credit card company.

The product is of poor quality all the way from screen resolution to how it fits. On my macbook air it falls off all the time, impossble to use during travel = the entire purpose of it is gone..

Der Rückversand sowie der Versand von ihnen muss man selber bezahlen und obendrauf ziehen sie noch 20% vom Gesamtwert ab. Wir sind ein Büro Unternehmen und werden nie mehr bei denen bestellen.

Tropire Tri-Screen is pure garbage. DO NOT BUY IT.
I bought it last year and every time I try to use it, it gives me connection problems.
I've tried contacting tech support and they just give me excuses after excuses.
Every time I try to use the Tri-Screen it works for a few minutes and suddenly turns off and a few seconds later it turns on again and so on.
The adapter, which they don't show clearly in the demo videos, is like carrying a tangle of cables that make it impractical to work with my laptop.

Ordered the product but it never arrived in the 4-7 days.

Tried to email them to ask but the email bounced back as not recognised.

Buyer beware and going to contact Trading standards and bank to get a refund.

necesitas dos cables en cada monitor que sobresalen y son algo molestos, deberían haberlos incluido en la parte de atrás o de alguna forma para que no estén siempre en medio. La pantalla no es del todo de gran calidad y el soporte que te ofrecen para levantar el portátil es para pegarlo al portátil lo cual hace que tape los ventiladores y se caliente, nada recomendable. El
envío te lo hacen desde China y tienes que pagar aduanas para recibirlo… la verdad que aunque cumpla la función han sido muchas molestias.

fast shipping too, but i had troubles with Customs, had to send them the invoice of my buy, otherwise i would not have gotten the product!!
Two weeks later another invoice over 100€!! because of customs!!
Maybe you could put a hint at the product page to warn your customers, not only a small mention in the terms of service…
Not customer friendly at all.
i recommend to look at amazon for an alternative screen extension, without paying nearly 500€
My fault too, but never again!

The shopping experience was very good and the customer service handled the problem for me in a timely manner. I would recommend it to my friends.
