Highly disaponting
I have been renting in London for 2.5 years, and every time went through referencing, which never failed. But this time with them, an unexpected result came up: failure because of incorrectly putting info the day before referencing it.
On viewing day. Named KARINA BEGUM, an Asian lady at the Ilford site, who assists me—highly unprofessional and unskilled.
We had an open discussion to get the DMR property. I had been informed of 3 criteria: 1. living in Redbridge Borough, 2. working from the same borough and annual combined income between £46890 to £67000, meaning affordability must be combined and checked.
if these match, only then we will be able to get DMR property (Discount Market rate.) Since all matched, I deposited £200 as asked.
Before starting the referencing, I checked my application and it got some error, and I asked to correct my application information because the system was restricting me from doing that since I already paid the booking deposit. I informed her by mail and over phone as well. but no correction. She put me and my husband individually responsible for full rent rather than a combined affordability check.
She even didn't correct my info but proceeded with the error info.
The referencing agent also notify me through mail letting agent made this mistake and only they need to correct this error; otherwise, rent has become double, and it will end up with failure.
I had tried for more than 2 hrs from 1pm then finally after 5pm that lady got connected via WhatsApp. Once I pointed out this mistake, she started getting busy arguing to prove her point and she was not ready listening to me.

I have never experienced this kind of exhausting and unprofessional customer service like them. I had been inquiring for more than 1 week continuously over phone and mail, but no one responded. Finaly, when got a response, highly underdevelop agents appointed to conduct viewing, Highly disappointing.
